I absolutely love coming here to de-stress and eat some great food alone, or even bring a friend to have some soup and sushi, or even bring my boyfriend and have a little date night close to home. I came here alone today and absolutely loved that they still took care of me and made my food with love and care and beauty! This is exactly how he served it to me and I asked to take a quick snap of it because it looked beautiful, but also felt very personable. Make sure to leave both your server and your sushi chef a tip! They absolutely deserve it every time. 🥰 So happy they opened up near me.

Really cute Neighborhood spot! Can’t go wrong here, always good. I’ve been here several times as it is right on the same block as where I live. They are very consistent. Staff is nice, they don’t bother you too much but get the job done. Dear Kani salad is one of my favorites. Can’t go wrong here. They also added a new menu of Japanese little bites, which is great too. I highly recommend , definitely order the Spider roll too. Sashimi very fresh !

Just moved to Ridgewood, decided to pick up food down the street at Yso Sushi for my girlfriend and I. The order process was easy and we got 3 rolls (Dragon/Spicy Tuna/Yellow Tail), Gyoza and a Seaweed Salad all for a very reasonable price! The food was so good, it exceeded our expectation for pick up sushi and the portions were generous. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend if you are in the Ridgewood area.

So many nice reviews makes me feel a little bad adding this one - but the way I am feeling, it feels necessary to share my experience.

Yes, the restaurant ambiance is nice. Yes, the staff also seem pretty nice. But the sushi, not so nice.

I don’t know what went wrong today, but I am bent over in discomfort as I write this review. Ordered a simple order of tuna & salmon rolls that had not been agreeing with my stomach. I couldn’t even finish my rolls, I ate a few and already the taste seemed very odd & unflavored & I do not say this to be mean, but simple because this was already a red flag for both me and my friend. I never had this experience with sushi, it sent my friend to bed from abdominal cramps & has left me living in the bathroom for 30 minutes. I don’t know if today was a bad day or maybe the cook used the restroom and didn’t wash his hands - but there was definitely something off...

I live down the block from this place, My wife and I were super excited when we found out a new Sushi restaurant was opening so close to us. Its what the neighborhood needed! We've ate here twice so far and i must say the both experience were amazing, i recommend actually sitting inside and not just ordering for pick up. Their service is truly VIP, their plating is gorgeous and their food is so fresh and top notch. They treat you with care constantly check on you and make sure all needs are met. So glad to have this place so...
