One of my friend bought a Honda Accord 2019 .He invited me for a treat . instead of Jackson heights restaurants he insisted to go and try a restaurant in Coney Island Brooklyn .we get there during the drive I checked reviews about this restaurant and find mixed . We ordered one Chicken Karahi plate ( honestly chicken is not as expensive as this inflation BS has made these Business to raised prices ( don't say we have to pay $ 15 minimum wage every one knows most of the employee get a fixed $300-400 pay for 6 days ) .So 3 naan one chicken karahi plate which had few small pieces of meat not enough for two but just for one person one Shami kabob ( as in reviews most people made complaints about it .no soda no bottle water .some onion with yogurt and lettuce .the bill was $ 18 .one person food for $18 .way up comparing Jackson heights restaurants .( $15 ) .let's now check the quality of good . chicken karahi gravy was not super good but ok salt was more as after consuming it u have to drink water all night long and need soda too digest it ( burps ) .when I was finishing the Shami kabob all of a sudden a long hair appear hanging out from my mouth my friend and host point out and said relax don't eat hair .I said you are the one who brought me here all the way from Jackson heights it's your favorite place .( I made the video just if someone say there was no hair ( I and my friend both have short hair plus no woman was with us .) Honestly very disappointed . Before leaving I asked can I have some sweet Jalabi .For $2 just a small piece what was given ( yeh inflation has ruined everything but this much some government officials has to step up and stop prices going this much high when gas is also down from $5 gallons to $3;20 a gallon ...God bless each...
Read moreMy recent visit to Pakiza Restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place was not up to standard. The food was the biggest issue—everything we ordered seemed expired and spoiled. The dishes had a strange, off-putting smell, and the taste confirmed that they were far from fresh. It was not only disappointing but also concerning for our health.
Adding to the misery, the staff at Pakiza were incredibly rude. Instead of addressing our concerns, they dismissed us with a condescending attitude. Any requests for assistance or clarification were met with eye rolls and impatient responses. It was evident that customer service is not a priority for them.
The hygiene levels in the restaurant were appalling. The tables were sticky, the floors were dirty, and there were visible signs of neglect in the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Even the restrooms were in a terrible state, which further raised questions about the kitchen’s sanitary conditions.
Overall, my experience at Pakiza Restaurant was dreadful. The combination of spoiled food, rude staff, and poor hygiene made it a place I would strongly advise others to avoid. There are plenty of other restaurants where you can enjoy a meal without worrying about your health or dealing with such unprofessional service. Save yourself the trouble and steer...

Certainly there are bottom lines that are not seen when something like this is said, but frankly it is a brief glimmer of hope to witness business still going ok for some.
At Pakiza, most of the steam table offerings are available in two sizes, a small for $6 and a large for $12. A recent visit was able to procure large portions of haleem and biriyani and a small lamb curry, annotated in the photo below. Most orders will also throw in a container of lettuce and onions as well as a good portion of raita, a yogurt-based condiment full of cucumber, mint, and coriander.
The lamb curry ($6, small portion) is definitely worthy of a large order, which has already been noted for next time. Grab some naan ($1.50 each) for use with their also excellent haleem ($12, large order), a spicier than usual version of the barley, lentil, and shredded...
