I had the pleasure of participating in Arielle’s Vinyasa class in Central Park this May. First of all, practicing yoga outdoors in the beautiful setting of Central Park was truly refreshing! Outdoor yoga classes are surprisingly rare, so I found The Yoga Trail’s class to be a very special and valuable opportunity. This was my first time visiting New York and my very first yoga class in the city. I was quite nervous, especially because I’m not confident in my English. However, everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I’m truly grateful for the thoughtful support I received. In particular, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Arielle. Even though my English wasn’t strong, she treated me with such kindness, openness, and warmth. I’m so happy I had the chance to take her class. The class itself was very well-structured and enjoyable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. The Yoga Trail’s class in Central Park left me feeling refreshed both physically and mentally—it was a truly uplifting experience.

I started yoga not knowing what I was getting into and with lower back pain. Thanks to the teachers in The Yoga Trail I was able to over come obstacles such as becoming more flexible, being able to meditate more with their breathing techniques, and relieve pain or stress with each posture. Thank you all! Look forward to many sessions more! ❤️

Yesterday's yoga class taught by Sylvia was a luxurious delight! We practiced under a leafy green oak tree with the blue sky filtering through, and it was a beautiful experience on one of the first hot days of May. There were practitioners there from all over the world. I highly recommend The Yoga Trail!

I don't know why some reviews are bad here, the yoga teachers here are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful in doing the poses and Silvia is very punctual and organized in terms of the schedule, and very accommodating in terms of the poses. I also took some classes with Mark and Lillian and they were excellent. Last summer I did a monthly unlimited membership but ended up doing two weeks because I was too tempted in going to the beach and then traveling since the weather was really nice, but all of the classes I took were really good. I hope to take more yoga classes with Yoga Trail...

I’ve been taking classes with The Yoga Trail since 2021. All of the instructors are great, but I’m particularly fond of Christian, Shane, and Mark. They are welcoming of all skill levels, considerate of any injuries and physical limitations, and have a good rapport with the people in their classes. If a position isn’t quite working for one person, they are quick to suggest alternatives to try.

It is truly one my favorite things: morning yoga in the middle of Central Park, while the dogs are running around and the city is just starting to stir....
