I've come here a few times to get my an acrylic nail fixed or a soak off, however this time I got a pedicure and left extremely disappointed. I asked for a #2 which is the crystal and callus service and my pedicure was extremely rushed. My feet weren't scrubbed properly and my calluses were unattended to so my feet were still rough. The tech wasn't thorough at all and asked me if I wanted a manicure which I declined and to that he answered with, "you broke?" which is extremely rude and unprofessional to say to a client. I would've let it slide though if he did good work yet the work was subpar, I had to scrub my own feet when I got home defeating the purpose of me paying extra. 35$ +15$ extra for gel plus a 3$ card fee is pricy and to leave with rushed mediocre work is unacceptable. There's better places with better prices...

They are disgustingly rude. I called ahead and asked to come in for an emergency although my original nail tech was not available. the person over the phone told me to come and I would be taken care of. I sat in the waiting area for 10minutes not one person greeted me or asked what service I was there for. Yet everyone was looking at me laughing and speaking in their language. I also notice Yuna who sits next to Wendy has an issue with me Because I no longer wanted her to do my nails because her work does not compare to Wendy’s. I blame myself because I should Have came on a day when Wendy was available, but it was an emergency due to a painful broken nail. This place is conveniently located so I decided to give them a try. I would normally get sns powder and gel pedi. Coco began removing the powder with an old nail, but I immediately requested to soak. She then suggested that I get tips and gel polish as it would be easier than having to soak every visit. So I took her professional advice and got tips and gel polish. They advertise that they open at 9:30 but they didn’t arrive until 10. Although, I felt rushed and that my nails were a little sloppy, I am somewhat satisfied with my services but I’m looking forward to a better experience next visit before I make a final decision if this will be my new...
