It is sad to say but this is the worst office for medical attention in Jackson Heights, Queens NY. The staff is very rude and very uncooperative. They are really nasty. They are really inept in answering questions. Some of the medical assistants lacks the knowledge to perform certain procedures. Some of them don't even know how to use the medical equipment. They gave an appointment for 12:30 pm and i actually so the doctor at 4:30PM. When you asked why do you have to wait so long, the receptionist answers if you don't like it go to another doctor. You waited close to 4 hours to be seen by a doctor, and the doctor spends with you about ten minutes. This is ridiculous . You call on the phone for whatever question you have and they keep you waiting like half an answer to pick up the phone. Sometimes they just hang on you period. If you are planning to visit this office please don't. I already complained about this office with my insurance provider. The doctor listed in your insurance its not the doctor you really see. I never met my so call doctor . Don't even know how he looks like. They only have one assistant and the staff give too many appointments. Seems like you grow old waiting to see the assistant's doctor because the real doctor is working somewhere else. Unless you have free time to wait to see a doctor in this office don't go near this place. I don't recommend this place to anybody. Another thing is that they only put Spanish channel on their TV and we have to endure hours and hours watching Spanish Soap Operas. I prefer if they put some classical music or something else. I’ve been calling the office several times but nobody is answering the phone. Sometimes the voice recorder is on and leave a message but nobody returns the call. I’m out of medication for 2 weeks already and can’t get no prescription refills I admit the doctor is good but the staff are worst of the worst. The Dr. is excellent,the PCS senvice, in the recepciones is very poor, You call, they rarelly or never answer the phone they do not knows how to solved or answer questions.
