Victoriaâs Secret faces intense market competition from both legacy brands and disruptive newcomers. Traditional rivals like Calvin Klein, Wacoal, and Hanesbrands offer strong brand recognition and diversified product lines, often with broader sizing and more inclusive marketing. These competitors appeal to consumers seeking comfort, quality, and understated style, contrasting with Victoriaâs Secretâs historically glamorized image.
More recently, digitally native brands such as Savage X Fenty, ThirdLove, and Skims have reshaped consumer expectations. These companies emphasize body positivity, size inclusivity, and diverse representation, areas where Victoriaâs Secret has struggled to keep pace. The manager should really look into its employers because my boyfriend and I went there today just 20 minutes ago and experienced the worst customer service possible. I wanted to return a bra that I bought at a different location. I also called VS befor and asked if that was possible. I was told that it wouldnât be a problem to return the item at the VS airport store. Apparently that wasnât the case and I was told wrong. I asked the staff person at the airport about a return and she snapped at me and my boyfriend. I asked her if there is anything aI can do to return the item as I am from Germany and donât have a VS store nearby. She didnât help at all. Behaved like a little child and finally offered us to call her manager. As she wasnât really talkative we just agreed. She called her manager and told her that we demanded to see one. Painting us cocky customers. Manager came and she behaved even worse. The manager tried to calm us down and deascelate the situation as we were now actually pissed about her and started to speak up....

We came here today around 6 pm. Someone at the Victoria Secret hotline told us we could return items also here at the airport store. Apparently its not possible after all which was not even that big of a deal. The employee was so unbelievably pissed of and annoyed. Im from Germany and even there iâve never ever met such an passive agressive staff member. SHE ASKED US if we wanna see a manager after we asked if theres anything we could do to return said item. Then she told her manager that we EXPLICITLY DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. Then hung up the phone, giggled and told us her manager would tell us the same thing and mumbled something ( i think) rude. When i asked if she could repeat that she went to completely ignoring us until her manager came. The manager then told us we could send it back even from germany, which was all we wanted to know. The employee then acted surprised and literally said , we never asked for that. Rudest. Sales Person. ever!! Never seen someone that pissed annoyed and...
