I WILL NO LONGER SHOP HERE…… THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND WRAP IT IN SHADY JOKES. I ordered ahead on 8.11, when I got there 35 mins after ordering, my order wasn’t ready. I waited an additional 35 mins. I ordered F3, which is 1 crab cluster, 10 jumbo shrimp & 2 lobster tails & veggies for $48. When I got home, I noticed the shrimps were missing. I called and told Andy they were missing I would get them on Saturday he said np. I wasn’t able to make it until Tuesday 8.15. After getting the shrimp, a woman, young blonde, who says she’s his wife told me “don’t bother my husband too much ok”. So I said, if I paid for it, I want it. Tell your workers to give the customers what they paid for. Also, the day I ordered my food I added a pack of crabs which they said would cost $2 to cook. I waited so long I asked them to waive the $2 fee and the counter lady said ok. After she gave me my food she’s telling me I got a $4 discount. I said ma’am, you did not give any discount. You waived $2 because my wait time was extremely long. When are Asians giving anyone discounts. Kmt. THEY ARE SLOW, NASTY AND GROSS. I’ve seen 2 ppl handle my lobster with their bare hands, one of whom was just packing other things. They really are annoying and slow. Since they changed from Juicy King Crab Express, I have been very apprehensive to come here. And I should have trusted my instincts. The store that was here fore, everyone used gloves. Now there are multiple ppl in the kitchen and they are...
Read moreA fantastic addition to our neighborhood, and a healthy one at that. I find myself stopping in here every other day to buy a fresh fish. So far I have tried Wild, Alaskan and regular (farm) Salmon and have loved all of them. I have also bought cod fillets, bluefish, branzino and, most recently, pompano. You can also ask them to fry or steam any fish, and they will even do it with a pile of fresh vegetables. How can they do this for $8.50 ? Very good prices, and every time the fish has been fresh, and cut to my specifications. Ryan is the customer service guy and he drips courtesy and kindness in equal measure. Even when I bring my little dog here, he has a good time. There is also a freezer case stuffed with lobster tails, crab legs, and more exotic seafood from Jamaica, Africa and Canada. Seven Seas indeed! This is my favorite fish store in Brooklyn, and it sure beats having to go to Chinatown...
