Vik and his staff were an absolute pleasure to do business with! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted so warmly and welcomed so kindly. We first communicated through Instagram where I was looking for a specific piece. After conversing back and forth, I made my way to the store and confirmed they did indeed have the piece I was looking for. I put a deposit down that day and we agreed that I’d pick up the piece the following week. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I wasn’t able to pick up the piece the following week. Vik and his staff were so accommodating and understanding of my situation, that they held the piece for me for a couple of weeks until I was finally ready to come pick it up. Vik was also kind enough to price match another seller who I was in previous contact with. The day I finally went to the store, everything went very smooth from start to finish. Not only did I pick up my piece, but Vik and his staff also cared to inquire about my situation, which was the reason for the delay in pick up. Truly kind, caring and genuine people work here.
