Went to this store to return a pair of sneaker 3 days later cuz it didn't fit my son too small, one of the workers saw the bottom of the sneakers and told me it been wear. "how it was dirty". And it was not dirty how can someone where a pair of sneakers that don't fit. In the other hand I also got myself a white puma sneakers I kindly asks him can he check if they had more clean ones at the back since the one on the floor was dirty n it was the last size 6 that was left he like no Ms no one wear the sneaker is that customers who wear them to try them n so that's why it's dirty. Okay so I was like okay what ever I'm just gonna take them clean them cuz I needed them. But today may28,2024 he made a big deal of my son return sneakers he accused me of wearing them and returning them which he is falsely accusing me and that's why I was being loud and full of anger. I even asks him to look at the cameras cuz he was trying to tell me that it was not him who I asks to check for clean sneakers that it was the old men he is lying he was him.short hair dark skin with glasses yes u "WANNA BE MR BOSS" then he remembered and say that he "told me to put it back" lied #2..what he did was make up excuses for me to buy them sneakers like in that moment it was not a big deal selling me dirty white sneakers right. I return my son sneakers unused and left with my money and extra cuz I was going to exchange for a little more expensive one I will never go back where they take me out of my character and I even apologize for being loud but I also told them they made me feel like I was lying. 0 stars If I could.

Ps. And after I brought the white dirty sneakers he have the nerve to asks me if I got them I replay yes and he like thank you for being a loyal customer come back. NEVER...

This location has an interesting variety of apparel. Unfortunately, this location doesn't have a dressing room for customers to try on clothes. I had to leave most of what I might have purchased, in a pile on top of jeans I think. I did buy two items that looked as though they should definitely fit. When I addressed my disappointment with the cashier at the register, she loosely stated that I could bring the items back if it didn't fit. I told her I work a lot and at times...that just doesn't work for me. I usually shop online but I needed an outfit ASAP just for tomorrow morning. Overall, their customer service is always good. Sorry for the three stars but I don't walk into clothing stores unless I have to. So when I do, I expect to be given the option of trying on...

Love the selection in the store because when I go to other places the clothing will be higher in price now I will stay customer service sucks because who they have behind the cash register do not pay any attention to people on the floor that need attention 😡 I will say this if any employee needs to work they need to know English because if they can't understand what I'm saying and have to go ask someone else to translate and they work there that's...
