Yumze Food — Restaurant in New York

I’ve seen this store many times in passing but have never went in and now that i have I certainly don’t have any intention on returning. Im 3 month pregnant and was craving a blt and a smoothie when I walked in everybody seemed nice until… I order my blt at the counter before I could get a good look at the food when I got to the fruit for the smoothies strawberries drowning in water which looked like they had been frozen and defrosted so many times brown moldy avocados mangos turning brown wilted spinach EVERYTHING looked soooooooo old I asked a guy who was in there ordering a smoothie if it was good he said it was cheap and decent b he don’t order food so I tried to cancel my order and the owner said it was already done how could you even cook bacon that fast unless it was already done and sitting on the grill which you can’t see from the front. the owner(or guy behind the counter) then tells me to not come back into his store over a 3$ blt he was very rude and condescending everything that was on display looked old like it just sits there for ever he doesn’t have to worry about me coming back I wouldn’t choose to voluntarily give myself food poisoning BEWARE of this store you are most likely guaranteed to get sick the only reason I gave it 1 star was his staff remained respectful and seemed cheerful to sell...

Usually I don’t do reviews but this place is disgusting. I’ve been trying to see if there would be any changes, since July 2021 but nothing. First I got a smoothie, nothing but a bunch of roaches crawling around the deli area, fast forward I went against my gut & tried in December 2021 (since I haven’t seen a roach, nor do I order anything that the roaches were on, I figured it’d be okay & I don’t get sandwiches). . . I got a bagel here because the other store toaster was down, so I ordered the bagel & it was burnt so I asked the deli guy to remake it, & he did(he was decent) Now today 1/2022 I get French Fries & again going against my gut the fries were refried & hard, so I went & got my money back. The cashier was rude & nasty telling me don’t come back lol, & the short lady who makes the smoothies was rude & nasty as well, regardless to what when a customer pays for whatever it should be made properly without attitude, I would understand if I was rude troubling If you don’t like...

Been ordering here for a while, and usually they're pretty good, however do yourselves a favor and don't order using Uber eats unless you don't change the order customization. I ordered once a Lamb over rice, no hot sauce no tomatoes and it came with both of those. I reordered and put in caps NO HOT SAUCE NO TOMATOES, and called the driver to ask him to verify. The staff was supposedly very rude to him, and when i received the order it had hot sauce yet again. I called to complain and right off the bat they said that the delivery driver was rude and that they were busy (idk how this is my problem) - and the best they could offer is that I come in and they will replace the food. Um.. I ordered delivery, paid a delivery fee, service fee, and a tip, AND waited over 2 hours to get 2 wrong orders. That's the best you can offer? No thanks i'm good i'm sure you'd mess it up a 3rd time.
