Tacos Y Mas — Restaurant in New York

I never had the worse service in a restaurant then TACOS Y MAS. i order food without unions and when i call and told them they hung up at me, i called a second time and they told me they would call me back. i receive a call back from a lady and i explain that the food had unions and she got sarcastic and her tone of voice, she said you can bring it back and will do it again but i told her i was far alway and it was ok i was just upset at the fact that i spend my money and i don't eat unions. She reply with the worse sarcastic remark that i will never eat there again, we are sorry that we not perfect for you, we are busy and we make mistakes. These are church people but they act and treat people worse then animals.

Peor basura de lugar, te tratan muy mal. cuando ordenas algo y pides no ceyollas y cuando llego a casa les llame a decirles, la primera llamada me colgaron, después llame y me dijeron que llamavan de regreso.. una senora me llama y le espacio que ya estaba lejos pero la comida es perdida. me ofreció cambiarla pero ya esta legos y le dije que estaba bien solo que no era gusto pero que contesta que so centia que NO ERAN SUFICIENTES PERFECTOS PARA MI, pero estaban ocupados. no respecto tienen igual no les ofrezco ningún respecto en acá.

The food is fairly good however the customer service and lack of care makes me never want to eat here again. On more then one occasion I was delivered the wrong order.

I once waiting an hour and 45 minutes just to receive the wrong food. When I called to complain the manager said "it's the lunch hour rush." Bare in mind, I ordered my food at 1 pm and it get until nearly 3 pm.

I allowed this to go on solely based on the fact that my mother loves their soupa de rye (I think it's a bit greasy). But after today I wont be be ordering again. It's been an hour and 16 minutes since I called in an order.

When I called to ask how much longer (45 minutes ago) and they wouldn't give me an actual time. They just keep saying "soon" yet here I am still waiting.

For anyone that thinks driving by and picking up is better, be prepared to to drive around for 45 minutes looking for parking.

STAY AWAY!!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES!

I've been ordering deliveries from here for over two years now and haven't had a problem until now.

I called in my order, told them exactly where I lived TWICE and everything was fine. But after waiting over an hour for my order to come, I gave them a call only to have the owner tell me that they don't deliver to where I lived and that they are too busy to deal with me. Are you kidding me?

I wouldn't be so angry if it wasn't for the fact that I had already PAID for the order with my debit card. I can see the transaction and they've charged me for the food already. I asked for a refund and they told me I would have to go into the store even though they are closing in 5 minutes and hung up on me immediately after that.

I've been calling them back but they repeatedly decline my calls and I'm sitting here with NO...
