Do not go to this store If you don't wanna ruin your day.I went there today with my mom and we got horrible service and experience.
when we went to the Vince upper east side, there are 3-4 workers working.there's only one customer without us.until I asked to help, they are just chatting with each other and totally ignored customers.
my mom tried a sweater and wanted to buy it right away.we were there like less than 10 minutes which was very quick shopping.
They charged over price.(a worker said one sweaters get 25% discount and if I register an email, I can get 15% discount for another one so we bought 2 sweaters instead of one but it didn't get through. the worker changed her sentence after we paid she said only one time discount work.) they made a mistake but no sorry, no apologies.
so we want to cancel but they said they can't cancel or return. because we choose to ship. still, our clothing is right in front of us but they can not cancel or refund.
it was totally their mistake but they said no matter what they can not cancel the transaction or refund. what's the solution is I should come back with clothing once I got the shipment at home if you want to adjust to the right price or return it. or a better option is to call them once I got it then they can adjust to the right price. they said really rude and it seems like I made a mistake.
I said idiot for this ridiculous situation. the manager whose name is Brett came and she was right away upset without hearing the situation from us and she taught me like a teacher how the word idiot is bad. I tried to explain the situation but she didn't even listen and while I am saying she is saying it at the same time. like a very uneducated person.she formally said "sorry" and she didn't give us any solution. I've never been treated like this anywhere in my life.

But it is uncomfortable to go to this store, since the staff who work there have a lot of arrogance, which weighs down the atmosphere and the experience of going there. That has happened to me several times there. They lack style in customer service! I hope they pay special attention to better training their staff and/or replacing them with better options of friendly and cordial people. I went to look for some shoes that I bought online and I started to see what they have there. I had intended to buy pants and a sweater, but the bad attitude made me feel uncomfortable and I had to leave. These are situations that should be avoided in a boutique, so that they do not lose customers and sales.
Sorry I have to give you a bad rating, but Vince Corporation needs to take customer service seriously. I'm not the only one.

I asked if they could hold them until tomorrow because it was pouring rain. They said they could only hold them through closing today. So I traveled uptown in the rain. I was soaked.
