I was so excited to go into this store and purchase my first pair of shoes along with my husband's pair. I asked the young lady working for my size and she was helping another customer also. My husband has a slight disability and didn't mean to interrupt her but it happened and she yelled at him and said I AM WITH A CUSTOMER!! Then she proceeded to roll her eyes at both of us so rudely. I told her how dare she be so rude. I was shocked to see, especially in this location someone with this poor of customer service. I was so upset that I said she missed out on a great sale and I left the store without my first purchase of hokas. Mind you I was walking around new york all day coming from Boston. I was so excited taking my first trip in a long time working for united airlines. My end goal in my trip was lost due to this girl and no other employee in the store tried to apologize I think because none of them have proper training. I know.if I ever treated someone like this at my job at the ticket counter I would of made a customer's trip horrible. You never know what someone is going through in life so always be kind to them and this lady did not have a kind bone in her body.
