I have been living in this area for over 10 years. I remember when it was a Riteaid but since the switch to Walgreens. The quality of service and staff has completely degraded since then. (not all the staff but the majority of new staff since the change) The attendants are disrespectful and unprofessional not only in attitude but in their appearance as well. You can go in on any given day and see the staff there looking as if they just rolled out of bed with no regard for their appearance and this it's not to say they should show up in a 3 piece suit but having your pants falling off you to the point your rear end is exposed to customers while they attempt to shop is unacceptable, I would also think walking about the store in socks or slippers to be inappropriate work attire. This area has a large population of elderly and I have witnessed how the staff there deals with them, and it is atrocious. I have seen staff members yelling and using foul language at customers for asking for help. I have seen them lie about hours of operation and the services they are supposed to provide just so they could leave early. They seem to just make up things as they go and will do just about anything to avoid doing any more than absolutely necessary. The only saving grace was the pharmacy staff specifically Henry who sadly no longer works there, likely for the same reasons I have just described. I would encourage anyone who lives in the area to avoid doing business there and go to the CVS nearby. hopefully, the corporate office will pay attention to all the negative reviews they have received since the switch and make the effort to hire competent staff to manage...
Read moreVery rude and unprofessional store manager. Lacks customer care service. Lacks a sense of urgency to effectively keep the flow of traffic at the check out counter. Rude and publicly talks down to store employees under her supervision. I watched and heard from several current and former employees give and mention negative comments about the store managers rude behavior. Talks to customers and store employees in a condescending way. Very combative and lacks the ability to engage in a conversation with regards to acting and listening to the customers recommending better ways, being proactive or improving on the level of current store leadership and especifically in improving and having the sense of urgency, quality and efficient customer service. This store manager who refuses to give out her full legal name when requested really makes this establishment a business that one does not care to visit or do business in simply because of the lack of charisma, empathy professionalism and enthusiasm that this manager does bring forward to this store and to residents of the community which also includes store employees and contractors affiliated to this store at...
Read moreDo not send your prescriptions to this pharmacy. If I could give this Walgreens branch 0 stars I would. I have never had a smooth pickup with this pharmacy. The most recent encounter I had this morning was the final straw and I will never use this pharmacy again.
My prescription was refilled Friday afternoon, too late for me to pick up after work. I went to the website to see when I could pick up medicine on Saturday, and was shocked to see new hours on the website saying "closed Saturday and Sunday". I made sure to get to the store exactly by 9am today, Monday, when they reopened, and was completely out of medication at this point. After waiting around for 15 minutes, I knocked on the door to the back manager's area to ask why the pharmacy hadn't opened yet. He rudely told me that all the pharmacists were running late, and there was nothing he could do for me. I asked when he thought they would arrive, and he said maybe 10am. I could not wait any longer as I had work to get to by 10am. Absolutely the worst service I have...
