I have taken Melissas Thursday night candlelight flow+chill+restore for many weeks now, and every time it is a great way to end the week. The flow is a good work out and stretch, the chill is relaxed with deep breaths, and the restore goes deep into the body and soul. Her energy is very healing and her knowledge is very informative. Melissa really knows the technical science of yoga and also brings an enthusiasm to all of us participants that is infectious. The energy of everyone who comes to the class on Thursday evenings is felt throughout the room, and we all contribute to the great classes that happen every week. I am grateful to have had a couple of private sessions with Melissa and she has given great instruction to deepen my practice, as well as being very kind and flexible to focus on what I would like to improve. Read moreI absolutely love Ben and Inner Space Yoga. I thoroughly enjoy/ed vinyasa flow, yin yoga, and yoga sculpt. The vinyasa and yoga sculpt classes give me the workout I need. I like the yoga sculpt because it works my muscles to get the results I need. All classes are meditative too, the yin yoga is especially meditative, grounding, and the mindfulness practice incorporated is centering and very stress relieving. I tried his breathe and meditation class once and I thought that was very nice and peaceful (looking forward to doing again). He has an intimate and beautiful studio, I enjoy the calming blue (the space has a clean and fresh look) and calming pretty plants. I am an extremely satisfied yogi going here!!

Read moreI recently attended a Pop up yoga class focused on " Slow Flow, Restorative and Reiki ", which was an amazing and relaxing experience. . I enjoyed the class which was a combination of basic yoga poses followed by a very relaxing restorative yoga. I loved that the instructor came around to each of us personally while we were in a restorative pose and offered us Reiki, which was wonderful. The small group setting allowed for individualized attention, which made a significant difference. I loved the candle lit ambiance, which created a relaxing and serene environment, perfect for unwinding, I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to unwind and explore the basis of yoga combined with a restorative yoga with Reiki, in a supportive and intimate setting.
