This location has zero customer service. The cashier acts like you are bothering her when you ask a question or need to pay for your items. My biggest complaint is that the store managers give an issue everytime I want to do a return for items purchased online. Rainbows policy is that you can exchange or return at any local store instead of mailing items back and spending $7.00 on the return label. For some reason the managers do not want to horos this policy. I'm always being sent away with an excuse such as the system is down or certain items do not qualify for a return but they can't show you proof of why. Don't argue, just pick up the phone and file a complaint with customer service. You will find that this store has many complaints filed against them on a weekly basis.
