After living in Jackson Park in LIC, I was craving something more elevated, more peaceful, and this is exactly that. I always tell my friends it feels like I’m coming home and it feels like Europe. It’s refined, quiet, and effortlessly elegant. That’s what I wanted, and that’s exactly what this building gives me.
I like to think of buildings like clothing brands. Think of Williamsburg Wharf like if Bottega meets Loewe meets The Row on an exclusive contemporary resort on Lake Como.
The apartments are beautiful; flooded with natural light, with high-end finishes and thoughtful details that reflect the Naftali standard. This building is for people who appreciate design and privacy, quiet luxury that is sexy and sophisticated.
The doormen are some of the best I’ve ever encountered: warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. They set the tone every day, and it makes such a difference. Lots of memories will be made here and it marks a new chapter of my life here in New York. I’m extremely grateful and...

I was told there was no availability to view a property before Sunday (I am coming from upstate to view the spot), so I agreed to and confirmed the only time slot offered. A day later, I was informed that the time had been given to someone else. This lack of transparency and fairness raises serious concerns.

I expected better communication and accountability from a housing provider operating in NYC. I sincerely hope they review their policies to ensure equal treatment for...
