I've been coming here for powder gel manicures for almost a year. The quality of the salon keeps going down. My nails have progressively gotten worse and none of my manicures last over a week. I got a powder gel manicure and 3 nails came off within a week. I got them fixed for free within the first 7 days which is nice, however, 2 more nails chipped that same night and came off within a few days. I made another appointment for exactly 7 days after getting them fixed (2 weeks after the original powder gel) and by that time 2 more nails came off. Normally I book on instagram dm, I explained the situation and asked to make an appointment and I was left on read. Then I called and the person on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I booked an appointment for 10 AM when they opened and asked if that was an ok time, they said sure. I get there at 10 and the door is open but nobody in sight. Clearly nobody is ready to start a manicure, once I said I had an appointment they're all cleaning from the day before (there were old nail clippings on the seat next to me) and they were just setting up for the day and my manicurist is not there yet. I don't know why they would book an appointment for that time if they're clearly not ready. Eventually someone else starts to remove my powder gel and kept saying to wait for my usual manicurist. I asked multiple people multiple times if they had any nail strengtheners since my nails are so weak now and they all ignored me. My manicurist didn't show up until 10:30. Finally, she shows me the nail strengthener polish, which I didn't realize was an extra $5. They had also charged me $10 to remove the gel (without warning) when it was already practically off. So I wound up paying $30 for a manicure to correct the $75 powder gel I got 2 weeks ago. On top of that, it's been 2 days and the manicure is already coming off. I've been disappointed in the customer service from this salon for a while now but kept coming back because of the great job manicurist did and she has always been kind. She's still the only one there who gave a crap about my dissatisfaction but even with that, I can't justify coming back again. Waste of...
Read moreI am writing to share feedback regarding a recent experience at your establishment. My sister-in-law, who is wheelchair-bound, contacted someone at your salon in advance via Instagram to ensure accommodations would be made for her. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was clear that preparations had not been made.
For example, staff seemed unaware that she would remain in her wheelchair for the pedicure. She positioned herself as close to the pedicure bowl as possible, and I placed her feet inside. When she asked if the setup was acceptable, the technician responded by rolling her eyes and saying, “I guess,” which was dismissive and unprofessional.
During the service, my sister-in-law did not receive a massage or callus removal, which are standard components of a pedicure. Additionally, when the service was complete, the technician began placing flip-flops on her feet but was stopped by another employee who said it wasn’t necessary since her feet weren’t touching the floor.
At checkout, we explained that she had not received the full pedicure service. The technician claimed this was due to how she was positioned, despite her feet being fully submerged in the pedicure bowl. She then spoke to another employee in her language and walked away. Another staff member, who had not interacted with us previously, took over and, after consulting someone else, offered a $3 discount.
The total cost was $203, and we paid $205. At that point, this staff member told us we needed to leave a tip, stating, “This is not nice,” despite the fact that my sister-in-law had not been given equal treatment or the full service experience.
As a loyal customer who typically tips well, I was extremely disappointed with this encounter. I understand that tips are for good service, which was not provided in this instance. It is essential that all customers, including those with disabilities, are treated with dignity and respect.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your staff’s training and customer...
Read moreVisited for the first time yesterday. My nail tech, Cora, was nice, but distracted. I got a basic gel nail single color with matte too for my mani and pedi.the color was very streaky. The tech painted such uneven layers because she was distracted. This caused my nails to look extremely patchy and bubbly. this was all before the top coat even went on. The nail tech only buffed the nails on my right hand and not the left. While filing my nails before color she did not properly check to even see how she was filing. I had the instruct her 3 times to file nails all over again. I felt frustrated for her. My nails and even toes still weren’t filed properly. She even skipped the UV base on one foot and one hand. Once I got home I refiled my hands and toes properly with the color on. My nail shape is better but I can’t fix how bad the color and patches look on my hands and toes.
My friend that was with me also had a bad experience with her nail tech as well. Her nail tech was blowing the powder of the gel she was getting removed from her hands into her face. And during her pedicure my friend asked for a small amount of glitter in a small area and the tech just slapped glitter all over her nail.
Both our techs were just piling on product onto our nails, not checking their own work.
Oh and before I forget, I also give pedicures and during mine my nail tech took her cuticle pusher and jammed the pointed lancet under my large toe nail. My nails were cleaned underneath so there was no reason to jam a lancet under my nail so hard. She barely scrubbed my legs and feet at all with the scrub. The massaging by her was terrible from my feet, hands and back. I just didn’t want her stabbing, screwing up, or touching me anymore.
The best part of my experience was being there with my friend and the massage chair. Everything else was terrible. My session was $70+. So not worth it. We will never go here again especially considering we both had terrible experiences at...
