Nice salon, well located, reasonably priced. I went in for a mani-ped and had previous gel removed from finger nails only. The pedicure was less than average as the pedicurist left a lot of skin around toes, which I found out only when ready to leave. I think when she removed my old gel manicure she didn’t do it evenly so the uneven nail beds showed up in the new nail polish, compounded by adding thinner to the nail polish which didn’t help with a smooth manicured look. After 2+ hrs in salon I asked Eileen to 1. look at my finger nails, which had a lot of tiny bubbles like inverse holes in the polish on fingers and 2. what I thought was nail polish left on toes. She applied another two coats to smoothen holes and removed nail polish on ring and pinkie fingers since she put the wrong color (both nail polishes were right next to her, so an understandable mistake). Then she removed what she and I both thought was polish left on my skin on toes. But another half hour into drying the new set of nail polish on fingers, I realized the problem on toes wasn’t nail polish but skin left on several toes. Kathy kindly cleaned it up. When I went home the manicure was perhaps not fully dry - even though I asked if it was and was told yes- or perhaps the bad job the first manicurist did. I washed hands and saw manicure as pictured in photos. Sadly, after being in the salon for 3 hrs for a simple mani-ped that took three people to fix it still wasn’t right. It’s not the first nor 2nd nor 3rd time I’ve done a manicure or pedicure and at least it should have lasted many days. Very disappointing to have to point out shortcomings in their job when you have to pay for them to do a good job. I know that in this salon one must constantly monitor what they’re doing. Don’t take it for granted they’re specialists and close you eyes and relax with the chair massager.

I have been coming here but I won’t anymore. They do a great job most of the time but if you want designs they charge per finger which is fine but I had an incident where I just came from vacation and done my nails on vacation. The nail tech couldn’t takeoff the acrylic nails so a Male nail tech came to do it and it just seem he was rushing it and he use the machine too harsh on my nail where I felt it was burning me told him to just leave it alone and that nail was so red. He also was speaking in his language with other nail techs, and they will look at me and laugh, which made me think they are talking about me, but I thought it’s probably about the nails so whatever. Then an Asian client sat next to me to get her nails done, and when she heard them speak, she was shocked and looked at me as well and looked away. Her friend was sitting next to her and I overheard her say to friend “what they are saying is wild I cannot tell you now I’ll tell you later”. It definitely left me with a sour taste. Then that Male nail tech left to take another client and went to do that clients pedicure and I was just left there for 30 minutes. A Hispanic nail tech just finished with her client and came over and asked if anybody helping me I explained that he was but he left to another client so she just stepped in and took over. She was very nice and did my nails exactly how I wanted but the rest of the nail tech I can’t say the same for them. After a while when my nails grew out that nail hurt a little for a couple of days and broke so easy it felt paper thin. I give them 2 stars because I have been going here for over a year now and like I said they do a good job but after that experience not worth giving my money to them. The first photo are my nails and second photo is the inspo.

This salon is so hard to rate because they are incredibly inconsistent. For context I’ve been coming to this salon every month for over two years for a powder gel manicure and bi-monthly for a gel pedicure. I came in today and was serviced by Liz, who had done my nails once prior. I’m sorry to say that both experiences were equally bad. I asked for almond shape and got very round, short nails. The gel was also applied so far from my nail bed, making this set appear grown out when they were literally done today. My cuticles weren’t trimmed or pushed back at all and the powder was applied so thick. Additionally, the last two times I’ve gotten my nails done, the powder has degraded, chipped, and cracked after a short period of time. I’ve been getting powder gel for a decade and I’ve never seen that happen. The last pedicure I had done here, the tech cut my nail bed and I got an infection. It’s highly unfortunate, because when they do a good job it’s great. But it kind of feels like their main goal is to get people in and out of seats as fast as they can. I’ve found that if I come on weekends, the nail techs are so bad. They rush and they don’t do a good job. In this economy?! Absolutely no. I’ve had the most luck on week nights, specifically with Truck. She’s wonderful at what she does and her sets always last. After my recent poor experiences and the inability to confidently go in and know my money will be well-spent, I’m going to be looking for a new salon.

I've been coming here for powder gel manicures for almost a year. The quality of the salon keeps going down. My nails have progressively gotten worse and none of my manicures last over a week. I got a powder gel manicure and 3 nails came off within a week. I got them fixed for free within the first 7 days which is nice, however, 2 more nails chipped that same night and came off within a few days. I made another appointment for exactly 7 days after getting them fixed (2 weeks after the original powder gel) and by that time 2 more nails came off. Normally I book on instagram dm, I explained the situation and asked to make an appointment and I was left on read. Then I called and the person on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I booked an appointment for 10 AM when they opened and asked if that was an ok time, they said sure. I get there at 10 and the door is open but nobody in sight. Clearly nobody is ready to start a manicure, once I said I had an appointment they're all cleaning from the day before (there were old nail clippings on the seat next to me) and they were just setting up for the day and my manicurist is not there yet. I don't know why they would book an appointment for that time if they're clearly not ready. Eventually someone else starts to remove my powder gel and kept saying to wait for my usual manicurist. I asked multiple people multiple times if they had any nail strengtheners since my nails are so weak now and they all ignored me. My manicurist didn't show up until 10:30. Finally, she shows me the nail strengthener polish, which I didn't realize was an extra $5. They had also charged me $10 to remove the gel (without warning) when it was already practically off. So I wound up paying $30 for a manicure to correct the $75 powder gel I got 2 weeks ago. On top of that, it's been 2 days and the manicure is already coming off. I've been disappointed in the customer service from this salon for a while now but kept coming back because of the great job manicurist did and she has always been kind. She's still the only one there who gave a crap about my dissatisfaction but even with that, I can't justify coming back again. Waste of...

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent experience at your establishment. My sister-in-law, who is wheelchair-bound, contacted someone at your salon in advance via Instagram to ensure accommodations would be made for her. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was clear that preparations had not been made.

For example, staff seemed unaware that she would remain in her wheelchair for the pedicure. She positioned herself as close to the pedicure bowl as possible, and I placed her feet inside. When she asked if the setup was acceptable, the technician responded by rolling her eyes and saying, “I guess,” which was dismissive and unprofessional.

During the service, my sister-in-law did not receive a massage or callus removal, which are standard components of a pedicure. Additionally, when the service was complete, the technician began placing flip-flops on her feet but was stopped by another employee who said it wasn’t necessary since her feet weren’t touching the floor.

At checkout, we explained that she had not received the full pedicure service. The technician claimed this was due to how she was positioned, despite her feet being fully submerged in the pedicure bowl. She then spoke to another employee in her language and walked away. Another staff member, who had not interacted with us previously, took over and, after consulting someone else, offered a $3 discount.

The total cost was $203, and we paid $205. At that point, this staff member told us we needed to leave a tip, stating, “This is not nice,” despite the fact that my sister-in-law had not been given equal treatment or the full service experience.

As a loyal customer who typically tips well, I was extremely disappointed with this encounter. I understand that tips are for good service, which was not provided in this instance. It is essential that all customers, including those with disabilities, are treated with dignity and respect.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your staff’s training and customer...

Visited for the first time yesterday. My nail tech, Cora, was nice, but distracted. I got a basic gel nail single color with matte too for my mani and pedi.the color was very streaky. The tech painted such uneven layers because she was distracted. This caused my nails to look extremely patchy and bubbly. this was all before the top coat even went on. The nail tech only buffed the nails on my right hand and not the left. While filing my nails before color she did not properly check to even see how she was filing. I had the instruct her 3 times to file nails all over again. I felt frustrated for her. My nails and even toes still weren’t filed properly. She even skipped the UV base on one foot and one hand. Once I got home I refiled my hands and toes properly with the color on. My nail shape is better but I can’t fix how bad the color and patches look on my hands and toes.

My friend that was with me also had a bad experience with her nail tech as well. Her nail tech was blowing the powder of the gel she was getting removed from her hands into her face. And during her pedicure my friend asked for a small amount of glitter in a small area and the tech just slapped glitter all over her nail.

Both our techs were just piling on product onto our nails, not checking their own work.

Oh and before I forget, I also give pedicures and during mine my nail tech took her cuticle pusher and jammed the pointed lancet under my large toe nail. My nails were cleaned underneath so there was no reason to jam a lancet under my nail so hard. She barely scrubbed my legs and feet at all with the scrub. The massaging by her was terrible from my feet, hands and back. I just didn’t want her stabbing, screwing up, or touching me anymore.

The best part of my experience was being there with my friend and the massage chair. Everything else was terrible. My session was $70+. So not worth it. We will never go here again especially considering we both had terrible experiences at...
