Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Company — Restaurant in New York

I wish I can give a 0 star. I go to Brooklyn bagel all the way from East Elmhurst just because I love their bagel and all types of cream cheese. So, I ordered a chicken salad in Sesami bagel for my husband and regular bagel with vegetables tofu. When I went to the register, they gave me the bagel with tuna salad. First of all they don’t say sorry whatsoever. We are human being and we do mistakes. I would be perfectly fine if they apologized to me or something. But their attitude is worst!!😔😔The cashier told the guy who took my order and he came to me and said he is 100% sure that I ordered a tuna salad. I mean how can you be so sure and the rule of thumb is customer is always right. You never talk to a customer like this. He also said to be careful next time when I order. I mean who is going there next time? I am not going there anymore.I already told my whole family members who live in astoria and a big fan of Brooklyn bagel. No one is going there. I think management should take care of this type of issues. Some of the staff definitely need customer...

Bagels are good and it’s the closest bagel shop to me but the service is so bad that the short walk to the next bagel shop seems like the only option. A bagel with cream cheese takes at least 10 minutes to get. There are like 15 people working at a time and most of the time there are only at most 4 customers in the place. I get online orders are popular but the staff is running around like the line is out the door and everyone is ordering a dozen bagels. Literally every single time I’ve had to pay, either I have an issue or the person in front of me has an issue. It’s the same cashier and the same issues and the workers all come over to try and help and there is like 3 people looking at a screen while people are waiting. And than they’re constantly switching bagels from bag to bag because they don’t know what is what and whose is whose. Management is not existent at this place but is greatly needed. At least one person needs to know what is going on at all times. Instead you have 15 people running around aimlessly. Also this is my 9 dollar...

Totally DISAPPOINTED ! I’ve followed the comments and honestly they are lies ! Just ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese with hash browns with both Mayo ketchup and hot sauce ; end up with 2 bagels with only egg a bit a cheese a tiny slice of hash brown and the tiniest pieces of bacon. Add on that the DRYNESS because of course they forgot to put the sauce, all this on both bagels ! I’m glad I was preventive and took some extra sauce on my way back (on the photo I just added the extra sauce) OVERPRICED and not even able to make a classic… NO SAUCE + NOT ENOUGH BACON — not a BEC! Making the mistake on 2 bagels of the same orders is really not okay ! Never going back...
