Don't go to this place.
I asked if I can get brand medication and was rejected because it was too much works for them and said a lot patients would refused to pay the medication because how expensive it would be. However I was already paying cash to visit them. If you are not willing to perform a basic services that I am paying you for, why should I pay you the full amount. They also provided missed guide information's to avoid more work.
Telehealth appointments is always late always at random time of the date. I scheduled a appointment this morning and called them back to check. The number I called ignored my calls, they answered my call and out right put it on, and I can hear the background noise. The other number I called told me they can't do anything about it. Then what's the point of having two offices, two numbers. If I would be constantly late to my job appointment then I will definitely be fired from my job.
The first time I went to this place was six years ago. After visited once I decided not to go back at the time . During college I had massive depressive episodes and needed accommodation . My health consultant from university had extremely difficult times to get my record , it took them about a month to sign a document release form. They also keep pushing me to get additional medication, which I insisted on not wanting to take, nor did they ever explicitly explained to me why I should be on more medications. I only went back to this place because of my parents insurance, and PCP gate keeps you from other options. I been visiting for the past year. I wasted at least 3-4 month before realizing my medication was causing some of issue, and I did brought up the issue occasionally to nurse practitioner. All she said was you are fine. Obviously, I wasn't, even my therapist had noticed the issues.
People are nice but most...
Read moreURGENT! PLEASE Read before you go to this place. If you don't want your family members or friends who are suffering from depression and anxiety to die then DO NOT come here! My bestfriend comes here hoping to get some mental help. He is extremely depressed and anxious, can't eat, can't sleep. He poured out his emotions describing and explaining his situation hoping to get some guidance some help. But instead all he gets is "You cant be fixed. Everything is in your head. I can only give you medicine. If that doesn't work then I'll give you more medicine". Like what?! He paid $150 for the "therapy" that he spent talking to himself and an extra $30 for some sertraline. Please avoid this place! This lady probably cheated her way through school to get her psychiatric license. Because no doctor would say that to their patient whatsoever. A homeless person on the street probably has more compassion than her! My friend is decently stable before coming to her because he wants to improve himself. However, after he left the place he was so devastated and wanted to commit suicide! They are money...
Read moreBeen coming here for two years. I never felt this place was amazing, but it wasn't horrible enough i felt compelled to leave a review. My purse was stolen that contained my medicine i called here looking for help. I was mostly concerned about the abrupt stop to the medicine. Today when i called the receptionist got very nasty with me and told me i would have to deal with it until my next appointment. I tried explaining that this has happened before and i was able to get help and she told me "that was the past and this is now" which i found extremely rude. Also. If the policies have changed isn't it her job to explain that when it hsppens? I continued to explain myself. She made pretty gross insinuations. I told her she was very rude and after 5 minutes of arguing she finally did her job. She always has an attitude too. Another time She told me she wouldn't write a doctors note so i asked my doctor, who made her do it anyway. I don't know why she's got such an attitude problem but I'm not taking it anymore. Not only does she make her own life more difficult with her attitude, but it makes me dread having to call back incase she decides to go...
