I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Chocolate Factory with my two children, and I would like to highlight the outstanding customer service we received from Moose, one of the staff members. From the moment we walked in, Moose made our experience memorable with his warm and attentive demeanor.

Moose went above and beyond in making my children feel comfortable and welcome. Not only did he provide excellent service, but he also took the time to engage with my kids in a friendly and caring manner. It’s rare to find someone who can strike the perfect balance between professionalism and a personal touch, but Moose managed to do just that. My children were absolutely delighted by his positive energy and attentiveness.

In addition to his remarkable rapport with my kids, Moose demonstrated a high level of efficiency and knowledge in his role. He made thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences, ensured that our order was promptly taken and served, and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything else. His attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service were evident throughout the meal.

What truly stood out was Moose's genuine passion for creating a welcoming environment. He treated us with respect and kindness, making sure we had an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. It’s clear that Moose is not just performing a job but genuinely cares about his customers’ experiences.

In conclusion, Moose is a tremendous asset to The Chocolate Factory. His outstanding customer service, combined with his friendly, approachable nature, left a lasting impression on me and my family. I wholeheartedly recommend Moose to anyone dining at The Chocolate Factory, especially for those visiting with children. He truly made our visit special, and we will be returning because of the exceptional service...

What an absolute disaster. I'm writing this review so others don't make the same mistake my family and I did by visiting Laza Chocolate Factory. This place is not a "factory"; it's a glorified, overpriced sugar dump with a staff that seems to have no interest in making the experience pleasant. We were "greeted" by two teenagers who acted like they were starring in their own prank show. They were loud, obnoxious, and seemed to find it hilarious to ignore us while we stood there waiting to be seated. When they finally acknowledged our existence, one of them smirked and told us to "just sit wherever." This set the tone for the entire visit. The excellent service I've heard so much about was nowhere to be found. Instead, we got a taste of what I can only describe as actively horrible service from two kids who clearly don't want to be there. The space itself is supposed to be "trendy," but it felt more like a cluttered, disorganized warehouse with a flimsy theme. The decor was a jumble of mismatched furniture and garish colors that gave me a headache. But the real crime was the food. The menu descriptions are a work of fiction. What arrived at our table was a monstrosity of sugar piled on top of more sugar. It was a chaotic mess, a visual and culinary nightmare. The chocolate was cheap, waxy, and completely devoid of any real flavor. Nothing was amazing or delicious; it was all just a muddle of inedible sweetness. My kids, who normally devour anything with sugar, took one bite and refused to eat the rest. Laza Chocolate Factory is a colossal disappointment. The service is a joke, the atmosphere is a chaotic mess, and the food is not edible. This place deserves to be closed down. Save your money and your sanity and go...

Chocolate Factory is WORTH the hype. Owned by TikTok stars Moose and Ocky Way, it’s everything you’d hope for and more. The inside is stylish and appealing to the eyes, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a unique desert experience.

The staff adds a wonderful personal touch. The hijabi girl at the counter was incredibly sweet and helped me navigate the menu when I was a little lost. I decided to try the Ocky Way Special Kunafa, and let me tell you – it lived up to every bit of the hype. The flavors were on point, rich and absolutely delicious. Although it’s a little on the pricey side, the quality makes it worth it, and it’s a treat I’d come back for in a heartbeat.

I also ordered the Moose Special Crepe. While it was tasty and well-made, it was more like a classic crepe compared to the standout kunafa. Still enjoyable but not as unique as I had hoped. The place is often busy, and there’s usually a crowd, but everything moves efficiently, and I even had the chance to meet Moose. He was so kind and respectful, taking time to chat, which made the experience even more memorable.

All in all, Chocolate Factory is a 10/10 experience, especially if you’re here for the kunafa – absolutely worth every bit...
