Yet again, terrible customer service. I emailed earlier to see about switching into the later class and zero response so far. If there’s no other way to contact other than email then you should be extremely responsive to your emails. Also last time I came to class, they had canceled the class because the instructor was ill and there was zero communication on this until I walked into the studio. Contact your clients! Constantly disappointed by the service and it’s upsetting because it really is such a great class.
I was on my way to class this morning and there happened to be a fire so a fire truck pulled in front of us and I could not make it to class on time. I immediately emailed to let them know and see if I could put into the next class or at least the waitlist. Zero response at all. If you don’t have a phone to call, then you need to be responsive to emails. I won’t be purchasing another class pack or membership to Y7. Customer service really needs to get better.

I usually go to a yoga studio where you place your mat wherever there's space, but this studio has markings on the floor to direct everyone where to put their mat for the class, and there is enough room for everyone to move and perform the workout. I attended a private event sponsored by Bala and Vuori clothing (Summer in Motion) and took a Sculpt heated yoga class. The class wasn't hard and perfect for all levels. The studio was clean, the bathrooms were spacious and I was ready for a great experience. Once I got to the class, Ash was absolutely amazing.
