Wonderful experience =) I had a buccal facial with Aiza and body treatment with Anastasia.

The buccal massage was so relaxing - I've dealt with sinus issues in the pass and I felt less tension in my head after this treatment. I love that they offer this type of facial. Aiza provided a wonderful service!

The body treatment with Anastasia is unlike anything I have ever tried! She is truly skilled at what she does. The treatment was very thorough and I saw immediate results. When I woke up today, I saw the results even more! If you like lymphatic type of massages, I would try the body treatment with Anastasia at least once. It is more intense and I recommend to try at least once! I can feel my circulation a lot better now throughout my whole body. She has a lot of helpful knowledge and tips that she shared as well!

I also want to note that the wonderful woman at the desk was so kind, I did not catch her name but just wanted to add that in here =)

The space is welcoming and each suite feels clean and well maintained. The massage table was especially comfortable luxurious and plush. The facial itself was cleansing and the massage component felt nice.

However, the overall experience was less relaxing than I had hoped. Throughout the session, the aesthetician repeatedly pushed products presumably for commission which felt overstimulating rather than soothing. When booking now, it seems you can specify the type of session you’d prefer which may help.

I did purchase a toner that Alex recommended and picked out personally but when I got home, I noticed it expires in only four months. They sold me a product that was clearly old and nearing expiration.

Finally checkout is always uncomfortable. The cashier will always directly ask how much clients want to tip in front of other clients with a loud volume which felt awkward...

I went for a buccal massage with Aleks and it was a great experience from start to finish. It’s a nice studio. Not overly luxurious, but feels very French. The very friendly woman at the front desk offered me a water while I waited and they had cookies out in the waiting area. I had never had a buccal massage treatment before, so I appreciated the way she asked me questions and walked me through everything. The treatment itself was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced. Aleks has the hands of an angel!! If you clench/grind your teeth, you need to try this. Pricey but definitely worth the splurge a couple of times a year. The heated bed was very comfy too which was a nice bonus. I’ve already booked my next...
