In a nutshell, Over priced and not worth it. I wasn’t going to write a review. But it’s absolutely necessary as I have taken the time to process my whole experience. First, their menu is not all inclusive of the additional surcharges. See pic attached. I came in for a fill in and requested ombré over my powdered gel nails. I was shocked I tell you when the nail tech finished filling and buffing my nails. And looked me straight in the eye and told me it will be $80 and then said something in Chinese to her co-worker. I said OK. Because at this point, the service is practically finished and I know when it’s time for me to get up and pay I will investigate and request an itemize list of the additional charges. When I got to the counter, I asked the store manager what is the price of a normal fill-in. She told me $45. I looked up at the priceless above her head and asked her, why is the price that you quote me different from the price is listed on the menu. She stated that an acrylic filling is $28. However, for me, it will be an additional $17 because I had a powder gel on my nail. And ombré is an additional surcharge of $35. My fill in and came up to $86 after taxes. I said OK. I’m not going to argue with the establishments shady pricing. As I was walking out the salon, the technician laughed at me as I walked away. Unprofessional. After taking the time to read these reviews, it’s apparent to me that the pricing structure is the least bit transparent. And I will be one of many that will never return to this establishment.

UPDATE: My last two times here have been awful. As I mentioned previously, Eva used to great at what she did for me. The gel powder worked for me and made my nails look really good. But the last time she did them, they lasted all about 1 week. I let it slide and I wasn't able to return until this past Tuesday, today is Friday. The last two pictures are what my nails look like currently after having them done this past Tuesday. I decided to do a gel manicure instead of a gel powder manicure because the last one wasn't done well. My nail chipped as soon as I got to my car and my cuticles are all messed up. You guys just lost a very loyal customer and maybe a few more. I've recommended so many friends and family but now seeing how sloppy the work is being done. I cannot bring myself nor recommend anyone else to you guys. They are very pricy but I paid without complaining because the work was good. Now it's just sad, I have to find another place to get my nails fixed now after paying just to have my nails chip two days after getting it done. Love Eva, she's done my nails 3 times already and I'm so happy with her. She's officially my nail girl! Love the ambience of this salon. The receptionists and some of the nail techs could be a little nicer but I get it- we all have bad days sometimes. Love that they are always playing calming and soothing music. I also, enjoy the massages! Always referring and recommending that people check them out!

I will not be going back!!! I went in to get my nails done for the holiday. I showed the lady a pic of the nails (last pic) I wanted. She said okay she can do it. Then she instructed me it will be $97 DOLLARS. ( because it would be acrylic plus the gel manicure). I was shocked but I had a $50 gift certificate and I thought I would splurge on myself for the holiday. She started on my nails clipped them rubbed them with a cloth and start gluing the acrylics. She did nothing to my cuticles. She finished with in about 35-40 min with my nails and the result shows. The lines in the design are crooked and the outline doesn’t go all the way up the nail there is a gap. I would highly recommend to not spend your money here. Not only was she on the phone texting without excusing herself but she seemed to just want to rush me out and do the bare minimum. The professionalism was atrocious. Don’t waste your money like I did mine

Long story short- work is good (besides them using already used tools on you) but expensive and pricing is shady. I walked in asking for an acrylic set to lengthen my nails with French manicure. The “manager” tells me it’ll be $67- while on the board above her says $50. I told her I wanted the $50 acrylic French manicure and she says but UV gel is $17 extra so it’s $67. I said I don’t want UV gel… and she looked disappointed, confirming that $50 was the price with another lady. And then she asked what shape I wanted- “round? Ok that’s extra money”. Never have I ever paid for a nail salon to shape my nails LOL! So I opted for the square. And when I got to my chair, the ladies don’t stop badgering you on getting UV gel or powder gel. I said I wanted regular polish but the woman goes “it’ll only last one day, get the powder gel, it’s only $3 extra.” Why is your polish lasting only one day?? So then she proceeded to take out white acrylic to just add to my finger tips for French, which wouldn’t lengthen my nails at all. I asked her for the clear tips and she basically rolled her eyes and said “ok it’s $5 more”. Was not helpful in helping me choose base color that actually covered my nail under the acrylic and said “you cannot try the color on because I don’t want to take it off because I have to use the machine” lol. My nails came out ok but I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and don’t think I’ll...
