The staff are very knowledgeable if I have a question I always ask the girl Lexi. I have a disability and she ways takes time to speak clearly and in my direction so I can understand, she is also very knowledgeable. But that being said the WHOLE staff is extremely caring and nice and makes you feel welcome. The salon is extremely clean and they always ask if I need a towel. I am extremely grateful for when I first got my spray tan and Lexi had given me printed clear instructions and came back and showed me how the machine works and how to stand in each position and made sure I understood. I’ve been going to this salon for years and I’ve had both good and bad experiences. Some girls are pleasant while others could care less if they answer the phone. Given that we are in a pandemic I did expect to have some guidelines on how to use the beds, ect. However, since not going bc of summer I did not know you had to make appointments in order to tan. When signing up I think I should’ve been told this so I didn’t come in the next day confused I couldn’t just go tan. Another thing is when being opened for an hour no one would answer the phone and when I called a fourth time and I FINALLY get someone on the phone... to be hung up on while hearing a grunt like I was being a nuisance. Very unprofessional and I plan to take my business elsewhere...

I really can’t compliment this place enough. I’ve only done the spray tanning there but I’ve been to tons of different tanning salons and this one has a great booth (the versaspa) and the sweetest employees. These ladies are so easy to talk to and helpful. I’ve also been to the West Chester Tantini location and the employees there are great as well.

Many times I’ll go into a tanning salon and I’ll see the typical employees who don’t even bother to make eye contact, much less smile, but these workers are great. As a PR person, these are the first faces you see when representing the company! Thanks Tantini for your awesome customer...
