I just wanted to share what I messaged this school on FB - though I didn’t use this school, their YouTube videos are what allowed me to pass my RE exam on the 1st try, not the school I chose. Do yourselves a favor and choose this school. You’ll be relieved you did bc so many others are not half as in depth as Bruno is, believe me. I didn’t know until I watched his videos and realized how little I learned (and thought I was good).

Below is the message I sent him right after passing my exam the other day:

I just wanted to let you know you’re prob the main reason I passed my exam on my first try, today! I took the NJ 75 hour pre license course last May - ending in July and I just started studying again in May this year so I was cutting it super close to my expiration date. I ordered prepagent but that was just exams and small videos - whereas I felt I needed to relearn basically everything bc even those were giving me new words I’ve never even heard before from my original class. I saw you had all the chapters from the book we used in my class - the essentials of NJ RE - and was so thankful I could basically go through your lessons from chapter 1-22. It got to the point that even my husband started to know your voice from hearing you in the backround while I listened to your lessons everyday lol! I feel that more than anything else, your videos are what allowed me to finally actually retain the info. You broke everything down to basics and never get annoyed at questions or someone not getting it. I wish I had been more selective when I signed up for the course last year, had I found your school I’d prob have easily been able to pass the state exam right after completing the class. So, again thank you so much. Your YouTube channel was a lifesaver for me and I’ll def remember your class for myself for any CE/anything else & will continue to recommend you...

I took the course for my 75 hour real estate salesperson pre-licensing with Bruno as my instructor. Bruno is an excellent teacher!

His teaching style is backed up with many real life examples from his own professional experience and that of his colleagues in the real estate business. This makes the material easier to learn and easier to connect with, rather than just reading it from the book.

I felt comfortable being able to ask anything that I had trouble understanding from the material. Bruno went above and beyond to explain the concept until the point where I understood it and he did this for every single student. He wouldn't move on to the next topic until everyone's questions were answered because he really cared. Even after class, at 10 pm on a weekday, he would stay back to answer any questions I had with the material and even with my own real estate experiences in my personal professional life and he didn't have to for the 75 hr licensing.

The content to cover is long and hard to fit in 75 hrs but I believe the course structure was able to achieve that for me. Of course, it is on the students to be completely attentive, to participate in class, and to review/study after class but having the right instructor was really important to me and it paid off!

Bruno is a wonderful instructor! After I finished his classes, I passed the state exam on my very first try. Bruno explains everything clearly and always responds to messages, even if it is midnight on a Saturday or Sunday (I couldn't believe it either!). Bruno loves what he does and he created a student portal to make life so much easier for the students. The more you take his practice exams, the more confident you become! When I went to take the state exam it was a totally familiar experience. I was nervous, of course (everyone is!) but I did not feel even lost or scared at all! I was calm because I had practiced the exams so much on the Student Portal. One last thing: The way Bruno teaches and explains math is really great. It is unbelievably simple and I hate math.
