This has been the most horrible experience I've had when dealing with any type of customer service. When I first called in order to book and view the venue I was given one price over the phone. When i got to the place and met with Toni she then gave me a whole other price which was $400 more than what she had originally priced me at. Since I liked the venue for my baby shower I decided it was worth the extra money. A few weeks after I called her to schedule a visit so my party planner could take a look at the venue she said I could go in that same day at 4pm. Well when I got to the venue with my party planner she was nowhere to be found, when I called her she tried to make me sound ridiculous saying she never spoke to me and never told me I could go see the place at 4pm. She then said i could go see it the following Thursday at 6pm. Guess what the following Thursday came and once again I got there with my party planner and once again Toni was nowhere to be found! When I called her she said oh sorry the person who has to show the venue is stuck in traffic someone will be there in 15 minutes. Well 40 minutes later I was still waiting!! Finally someone named Peter who literally told me he lives around the corner from the venue finally showed up apologizing for Toni's attitude and lack of communication. As of 7/31 I had to find out through a friend who had an event scheduled at loft life venue for 8/1 that their event had been canceled night before. Toni waited until today 8/3 to call me about my event which is supposed to take place 8/8 being canceled. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and things can happen what I don't understand is Tonis nasty attitude when I asked for a full refund back and I asked for email confirmation that my funds are going to be fully refunded she hung up the phone on me, and has not answered my calls ever since. Read moreHad my baby shower here in March of 2020. Al (owner) has gold chiavari chairs that he rents out to his customers for $5 each. The day of the event he provided the chairs with no cushions, which looked horrible. My event was not what I expected it to be because of this, if I knew he would be taking the cushions off I would have went with regular chairs. He clearly had his own motives for the reason he took the cushions off (I found out the reason through another person but that conversation is even too much for this review), but all in all that reason had nothing to do with me, A PAYING CUSTOMER! He had no problem taking the whole of $400 without even communicating to me what happened to the cushions. Cushions were available because the party who set up their event right after ours had cushions on their chairs. When I reached out to him to find out what happened to my cushions I paid for, he did not respond until DAYS LATER saying "pardon the delay, dealing with a lot". Meanwhile, he is on social media posting content, going on live selling nutraburst and everything else besides resolving the situation. He has even been reposting content from my baby shower knowing that I am an unhappy customer, the nerve of him! I have texted him again and called numerous times, with absolutely no response. What he is doing is wrong and for him to treat a paying customer who has brought money and attention to his venue is foul! No professionalism what so ever! I would not recommend this venue based off of how he has chosen to go about this situation. To try to scam me out of money and then ignore a paying customer is truly wrong. If professionalism, honesty and dignity is what you're looking for think twice before booking this venue! Horrible...

I had to keep reaching out to them regarding my up coming party which would have been July 18, 2020 yes next Saturday and was just told yesterday that the party can not go on. A week before my 40th Birthday Party I'm told this. Al doesn't answer the emails nor text messages. He has this lady/lil girl name Tony doing his dirty work for him. I signed a contract as well and if the Company has to cancel for reasons out of their control then a full refund is giving. Now I'm being told by Tony who wasn't there when me and Al both signed the Contract and when he took me and my Husband through a walk through of the Venue that I can be offered a credit to use for a whole year or give the credit to a family member or friend. Its a 40th Birthday party i'm not going to be 40 next year and all the stuff I ordered has 40th on it which I cant use now. Also I was told that I can have the party because gathering has resume but it can be for only 50 people in which I did minimize my guest list. I received that information on July 2, 2020 to coming in find out now on July 10, 2020 a week later that I cant have my party. I don't get how they are making appointments to view the Venue if you are not allowed to open 🤔🤔🤔. I know this because I follow them on Instagram, Facebook and I also emailed them from a different email address because they wasn't answering my original email address they asked if I wanted to make an appointment to view the spot.
