My fiance and I came in looking for wedding bands. We were greeted so warmly by Shelley (I think that's her name!), and she brought out the options for my band first. She showed us several and we ended up finding one that matched my engagement ring (from another jeweler) perfectly! Then we worked with Rich to get my fiance sized, choose his ring and engrave it, and make a plan to solder my engagement and wedding bands together. He is so kind and generous, and he made it such a fun and pleasant experience for us. He never pushed us toward a purchase and helped us make the decision we would like the best. Plus the work was done with such quality and professionalism! I was under the impression that this would take weeks, but we went in on Thursday and got the call that our rings were done Saturday! I went there today the 2nd time to resize my ring. Richard and his staff provided the 5+5 level service again to make sure my ring ended up being perfect. Although I was there way before my appointment time, he took me and did everything to ensure the size fits my fingers perfectly. He also patiently answered my questions either related to the ring i am resizing or others that i had randomly. THEY GOT THE AWESOME JOB DONE WITHIN AN HOUR WHILE I WAS WAITING!

Before I stepped into the shop, i was not sure if i made the right purchase since the ring didn't look at expected on my fingers when it fit too loosely, but the final look and fit after resizing push it to next level and make it look stunning and elegant !!!!

This place is amazing. Personally, I am very scare to bring my jewelry to any jewelry repair shop because of my bad experience. The last shop that I took my diamond ring to have it cleaned, they happened to lost one of my little diamond when I bring it back to them. He just put glue and put the uneven fake diamond(I believe) back in. Until I see this store, the owner be able fix it and makes it looks great again. I also have them resize my other diamond ring as well, it fits great and better than that you get your ring back that day. Most of the store I went to will always tell me to come back about 3-7 days. I don’t really want to leave my jewelry there, but nothing I can do. That’s the reason why I love this place, I will always go there now. All of them are very nice and very helpful. I am also going to recommend my friends and family to use their service....
