When I went to pick out the tree, the gentleman helping us sent me inside of the store to pay and then directed another customer to the plant department on the exterior part of the store. Then when I went back to pick up my tree, the same person refused to help me and sent me over to the plant department to call for assistance. After waiting over 10 minutes for assistance, one of the guys showed up says, "Wow, really? You really need assistance with that? Wow." With an attitude. I am 5ft tall and I weigh 107 lbs, YES I need assistance with the tree its bigger than me. And then he goes on to say, "oh really? You look like you're taller than 5ft." No I'm 5ft tall sweetie, same height as you. He was so reluctant to help me. I have some other words for him that are not appropriate for this review but you can only imagine how I feel about the situation. He even wanted to put the tree in my car without wrap. This was such a horrible experience. This is why places like this end up going out of business. You would be better off ordering from Amazon if only they sold real trees. Despite my explanations, the customer service representative raised her voice and assumed I was lying. I emphasized that this was the store's mistake and asked her to check their inventory. I want to resolve this issue calmly, but her insistence that we pick it up was frustrating.
