It's the holidays and everyone is on a short fuse, I get it. The cups that I wanted to purchase was on display had no price tag on them so I took it up and an employee checked a similar cup and gave me a price of $4.99. I grabbed 4 of them and continued my shopping. As I was checking out, the employee asked the employee next to her(just happen to be the manager) for a price and without checking anything similar she said $14.99. That's a big difference from the original price quoted. I had mentioned it to the employee after I decided not to purchase it, and Marissa so rudely implied, "I AM THE MANAGER, I SAY IT IS $14.99" At this point it wasn't about the price change, it was the power trip she had as she so rudely and aggressively wanted to make it known that what she says, goes! Lol I can't imagine what the employees go through with her bossy attitude all day. Hopefully she was just having a bad day today, nonetheless for the sake of this store, hope she fixes her attitude because this is only the beginning of the holidays! She's actually lucky I wasn't in a bad mood or else things could have been a little worse. Customer service is hard I get it, especially during this time of the year, but if you don't like your job, find another! Marissa is a disgrace to the face of this company, I could only imagine the energy she runs this store with,...
Read moreI made a trip to Ross 4/16/2023, it started off well with shopping. Found a cute one piece that was priced for about 8 bucks, 7.49 to be exact but was in a size medium. I needed a small and luckily found one and not realizing it didn't have a price tag on that on. Once I got to the register to purchase my items. The cashier informed me it didn't have a tag, so I ran to grab one that did because she was trying to charge me for another one piece I had for 17 bucks. I brought the item back for her to ring. And with a hostile tone she proceeds to tell me the sku numbers didn't match ( sounds like a store problem right). I let her know that there were plenty more of the same outfit that listed for the 7.49 and I was only paying what was listed and nothing more. She proceeded to call for manager, which was not any help at all. I begin explaining to her what the issue was. I felt like the cashier was insinuating that I changed tags. So I told the manager there were more on the rack for 7.49 and she stated she didn't need to walk over to check. Very unprofessional, I will never go back. I did end up getting the one piece for the 7.49. They both knew they had no choice. But the way they handled the situation was not professional at all. The attitude and demeanor was unnecessary. I guess working on a Sunday had them...
Read moreThey have a good collection but their check out experience is very bad. They don't even care if you are waiting for 10 to 15 minutes. Their cashier's don't believe in hygiene and handle your purchase in uncouth way. They will keep someone's shoes and your utensils in the same place. They can avoid it and do check out carefully. I guess most cashiers don't care. They put stickers on gadgets/utensils in such a way that cashier will contaminate the whole thing. Their cashiers are rough and unapologetic. Just because things are discounted in the store they don't care about your purchase. Just imagine they check out shoes for a few customers and then they are touching your kitchen gadgets with the same hands. I have seen sports shoes over utensils. Most store employees are rude when you...
