I bought a shoe for my daughter today and the buying experience is very pleasant. The sales person is very kind and patient. We want to buy a turf shoe as my daughter needs to play on turf tomorrow. The sales person took out all different kinds of turf or indoor shoes from the warehouse. We tried different styles and different sizes and settled on a Nike one. Before we pay, the sales person asked where we live. We answered Fremont. He immediately applied 15% off and said the store supports local students. I really feel blessed to have such a good local store and good customer service. Btw, I bought two shoes from the same store about seven years ago for myself.
