Abraham's Gold Pawn & Guns — Local services in Newnan

I have been buying here for 12 years. I have always had good customer service and they would have items that others in the area didn’t. Their prices are subjective and you should shop around, especially online. I have purchased many items in house but I’ve also used them for transfers. Yesterday I was turned away. My item had arrived around lunchtime according to the tracking and once I got off work, I drove across town to get my transfer. At this point my transfer had been in their possession about 3 hours. I was the only customer in the store and there were three employees that I could see. I was told that they had been busy and had not gotten to the incoming shipments. I was ok with waiting but I was told that “I’m not going to bust open 6 boxes looking for one.” So I knew what was up. It was Friday afternoon and they didn’t want to do anything else because the boss wasn’t there. So I said ok and walked out. This morning, they called me at 9:15 to let me know that my transfer was ready. They open at 9:00am. Let that sink in…. So I won’t be going back. There’s too many places in the area to get these items and are closer in proximity to me than Abraham’s. It’s a shame as I really liked this shop but there is only one guy working there that has been consistently courteous and respectful and if they are busy, I’d likely have to deal with one of...

Wonderful service! I went in today to look at some pistols. I've shot rifles and shotguns, and even fired some friends' pistols occasionally, but I've never owned one. That'll change soon as I'm looking to pick up a pistol for self defense and enjoyment.

I was helped at two different times by two gentlemen, one an older fellow and one who looked in his twenties. Both took the time to answer all my questions with no arrogance or annoyance. These are really friendly and knowledgeable folks.

The store itself has far more selection than you'll find at even the big box outdoor stores. These guys have everything! It's pretty much a gun shop that has a couple other items unrelated to guns. It says Pawn and Gold, but it's a quality, local gun store.

Don't feel intimidated. The outside is a bit older and the doorway has bars on it (for obvious reasons), but once you step inside you'll see an incredible selection of firearms and friendly experts to guide you if you're a newbie like me. I really appreciated their patience and dedication to one-on-one service.

A couple of their pistols were a few bucks more than big box stores, but so what. Shop with them anyway. A good gun can last a lifetime. Buy from people you can trust who enjoy chatting...

Bought My Last 3 Or 4 Guns Here Never Had A Problem Until My Last Purchase. I Bought A Semi Auto Shotgun, When I Bought It One Of The Employees Said It Supposed To Come With 2 5rd Magazines But It Only Had 1 In It. The Employee Told Me To Come Back In A Few Days And We Will Have The 2nd One For You. Called In A See If They Had One In Stock, Told Me No It’s On Back Order. So I Waited Nearly 2 Months For It. Go Back Last Week To Get And Still Nun In Stock. Same Employee Told Me He Will Order The 9rd Magazine And You’ll Just Pay The Difference As In $10. Came In When They Had It In Stock. Owner Tells Me That The Gun Supposed To Just Came With One Magazine From The Start. I Told Him I Wouldn’t Have Bought It If I Knew That, Your Employee Told Me It Came With 2. So Here I Am Didn’t Get My Magazine I Was Owned. Not Going Back, Lying To Get A Purchase...
