By far the worst Subway we have ever been to, and the sloppiest sub ever made.
Yesterday evening not only was there a very long line, but there was only one employee working the station at a busy time. That particular employee, (who didn't wear a name tag) but he was a very large individual, not only did he just throw food haphazardly on our subs, but there was also zero eye contact (even during checkout) and during the whole process he continually moaned and complained that it was too much work for him, he didn't want to be there and he just wanted to go home.
So, I say to you Sub manager, send him home permanently. I say to employee, never work in customer service again if you cannot take pride in what you do, no matter how menial it seems to you.
We will never return to the Walmart Subway until you get employees that take pride in their job and the food they provide. Which will most...
Read moreEvery time I visit one of the franchises stores in Maryville I get half the meat and 75% of actual ingredients that are advertised. Why are these subways so cheap. I won’t drive to the closest store on topside Dr that actually makes a good sandwich. These down here make weak sandwiches. Since they don’t even take Subway coupons at the store inside Walmart on 411, or the one on Broadway or the one on alcoa highway. I assume they are owned by the same greedy franchisee. Read moreFast. Friendly. And best of all it's at the front of the Walmart so you don't have to actually go into the mess of Walmart shoppers. You can slip in and out fairly quickly. The only downside is that you still have to deal with Walmart parking. But I just park way far away and walk. Because I'm a normal human being and 25 extra steps isn't going to ruin my day. It might even prevent me from having to use one of those annoying scooters...
