5 Kid Friendly Spots in Corona Del Mar (That aren’t a beach) 🧸 Wee Loft Toy Store has really unique, high quality toys that we haven’t seen anywhere else. I also love that they have “birthday baskets” where your kids can fill up a basket with toys they want for their birthday, and then family and friends can stop by and purchase an item from the basket. This last trip we purchased a sand toy that mixed sand and water to make building sand castles a little easier! They are open 10-5pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-4pm on Sunday. 📚 Corona Del Mar Library: We love how cute this library is. It’s also right next to a fire station, which my son loves. They do storytimes on Fridays and Saturdays at 10:30am (they are popular!) Additionally, they usually have a sensory bin day once a month. This spot is open 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. 🍭 B. Candy is a beautiful shop that does have candy, but so much more! You can find toys, gifts, and ice cream here. All of their ice cream is made in house. They are open 11-6pm Sunday-Thursday and 11am-8pm Friday and Saturday. 🛝 Grant Howald Park is nearby and has a fun playground for all ages. There is a dedicated parking lot, restrooms, and water fountains. 🌸 Sherman Library and Gardens is a beautiful place that all ages can explore. They also do a Storytime in the garden every Friday at 10:00am. This program is FREE of charge, but if you go outside of these hours admission is $5 for ages 4 and older. The gardens are open 10:30-4:00pm daily.

My boyfriend and I stopped by the Park as a last minute decision, so my two year old son could let some energy out. The playground has a great variety of equipment for all children. It was clean and well kept, and restrooms on site. Everyone were happy, nice, and all the other children in the park played amazingly well together. A+

Super nice soccer fields with several concrete benches to sit and enjoy games. Two areas to park with a limited amount of parking. The turf fields are well maintained. Restroom facilities are clean. I even noticed an A.E.D. device...
