Electrify America Charging Station — Local services in Newport Beach

Obviously going at peak times there will be a wait. They finally put up a queue section to wait. You have to zig zag across the lot to safely get to the chargers because you are meant to enter one way. The set up of the parking lot leave little room to back in your car if your charge port is on the back of your vehicle…even more difficult when the lot is busy. I go late in the evenings on weekdays and I charge up in 15 minutes. Went at 10pm this time on a weekday and it was full with a queue behind me. I appreciate the fast charging option available here. The system for creating a waiting line is efficient, but it would be helpful to have better visibility regarding the availability of chargers. It would be beneficial while we are waiting in line or before staying in line, if the application could show when chargers will be full or when charging sessions will finish, or will be available making it easier to plan charging stops and enhancing the overall user experience. Unfortunately, there have been instances where some chargers were not functioning properly, resulting in wait times...

Should have paid attention to the negative reviews! Horrible queuing system. After waiting in line for 15 minutes we pulled into a stall and found the charger broken. Called support. They are unable to even reboot them remotely. When we waited again in line and finally got to an open charger, it only charges at 150 KW even though it advertises 350 KW. Go elsewhere for...
