Gorjana stores have terrible customer service. They will tell you they are out of stock however you can order it online and they don't seem to help you find what you what or encourage online or find it at another store. apparently they are on commission. My experience at Newport Beach store is that they sold me a the wrong pair (more money of course) and when I realized this apparently it was too late and they wouldn't make an exchange or refund. Gave me a hard time and I spent almost $600 on one pair of gold earrings! They should stick with only costume jewelry. My daughter had a terrible experience too at the Marin store. First time shopping at this location and I wish it could have been a better experience. Two ladies working, one was helping out another customer and the other was at the register. No greeting when I walked in. However, another customer walked in and the lady at the register greeted her right away and asked if she needed help.
