After spending some time looking around at various shops that sold used Rolexes I came across Jewelers On Time. Gave them a call to ask for an appraisal of a family piece and Kenny was extremely helpful over the phone. He went out of his way and told me what I needed to know, saving me the trip down and took it a step further by reviewing some photographs for me. After identifying the specs of the watch it was easy to find other pieces for sale and they were selling for the range Kenny had given me. Buy into the relationship before you buy the watch. I've been a customer for 12 years and today I purchased my 7th watch from Kenny and Victor. I can't say enough how amazing they are. They treat you like a friend rather than a customer. It doesn't matter if you spend $1,000 or $100,000 you'll get the same customer service. If there's something wrong they'll make it right and you're never pressured into buying anything. They've helped me out so many times....
