Mind Prossage Spa — Local services in Newport Beach

Overall disrespectful and unprofessional experience. I called to schedule 3 massages a day in advance of when I wanted to get them. They took my name, number, and said they had me all booked. Then I get there on time on the day my massages were scheduled with the two other people getting massages with me. This was something we had been looking forward to for days and had planned our entire day around it. We get there, right at 2 which was when they were scheduled for, and we try to open the door, and it's locked. That's only the start. There are multiple open signs on the door and online it said they were open, yet the door was locked. We stood there for at least 10 minutes knocking on the door and calling the spa, not even able to get through on the phone. Finally, a person comes out and we tell here we're here for 3 massages, and she says we have the wrong place and that they're busy. She was rude and unfriendly and barely opened the door to speak to us and ending up closing the door right in our face. She never even checked her schedule to see if we were booked and just shooed us away. I went through my phone call history and compared the number I called the other day to schedule these appointments to the number of the spa I was at, and they were the same numbers. So I was at the right place. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend this place for a massage as they will most likely forget about your appointment and just leave you stranded. They have horrible customer service and never even apologized. Forever angry. Don't know if I'll be able to enjoy a massage ever again....
