I came into the Hydration Room for their Fitness IV while training for my marathon, and the whole experience was so smooth from start to finish. The staff was super welcoming and made everything really easy and comfortable.

I got the Fitness IV to help with recovery after a big training week, and I was honestly blown away by how amazing I felt afterward. My legs felt lighter, I had more energy, and even the usual soreness going up and down the stairs was basically gone — which never happens for me during marathon prep. I also noticed I recovered faster the next few days and was able to jump right back into training.

If you’re an athlete or just someone who pushes your body and wants to recover smarter, I can’t recommend Hydration Room enough. It’s definitely become part of my training routine...

Vanessa is hands down the best nurse I’ve had at the Hydration Room. Every time I come in, I hope to be placed with her—she’s quick, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She always recommends the perfect IV based on my symptoms, and she gets it right every time.

With five kids, I catch everything they bring home, and taking time off just isn’t an option. These IVs keep me going—whether it’s a cold, the flu, or the occasional hangover, I honestly don’t know how I’d get through it without Vanessa and the Hydration Room.

Best travel tip I can give - before you fly get either an immune support or cold and flu IV. When the nurse asks what’s going on, or what are we doing today, tell them what’s going on. I take their recommendations and they add it in. This is the 3rd time I’ve done the big IV before a trip. BEST INVESTMENT. I arrive refreshed, with lots of energy, ready to hit the road running.
