Chronic Tacos — Restaurant in Newport Beach

This place is chronically awful. Edit to elaborate: staff was extremely rude I told them it was my first time there and asked a simple question. "whats the bowlrito" I was responded with "what do you think it is?" Why would I ask the question then? I asked other simple questions and was responded rudely. I tried to use a coupon for an extra item that wasnt working on there end and when they couldnt get it to work. "which was their problem not mine" I said I don't want it anymore. They said "we already made it you have to buy it now.... ??? nah... they refunded my taco after I had to argue for it to be removed from the order then I bought my bowl and left. Why am i being haggled when I am spending money here :( Also you replied with no email so we can follow up lol. -.- still deserves this 1 star. you gave me no reason to want...

Normally, I do enjoy my food whenever I go to Chronic Tacos. This was my first time at this location and it will certainly be my last. I ordered nachos and a kids burrito combo. The size of the burrito was almost laughable at how small it was. It was cold, the cheese didn't melt (not even a little bit), and it was the first time I've ever seen my son not finish a bean burrito. The nachos were fine, but also cold. I tried to get a sweet tea but only water came out of the machine. The tables outside were not clean. The location is very small and crowded. I will not be coming back to this location. It's obvious that neither the owners or the staff care about the service or quality...

Inconsistent. We have had take out twice. The first time the food and service was good so we returned. The second time, with a different crew that was hurried and looked they are in a play ground the way they throw the food on the tortillas. We had to repeat and make sure they hear and give us what we ordered. The vegetarian burrito was dry and the ingredients, beans and rice were cold. The worse was the Chronic plate with cold french fries and cheese from the fridge, no taste, direct to garbage....
