I am overjoyed and completely breathtaking by the professionalism and skill this man has I went into his shop with my gaming computer and it was making a horrible, horrible fan noise. I bring it into him he cleaned it. He explained it to me, and he talked to me. He answered my questions, even if they were unrelated, I went in there with $100 thinking that’s how much it was going to cost to fix it and he told me it was only $20 to clean it and I was shocked. I definitely recommend this computer repair man for anybody in the NEK or even in Vermont. You won’t get service like this anywhere else. Absolutely first rate! I made the mistake of driving all the way to Burlington to have my HP laptop with screen issue repaired only to wait 7 days and be charged $106. They tried to also get me to replace my battery on a 1 year old lap top for $199.

Paid the $106 and got home only to find the exact same issue with my screen going blank.

I took it to Pure PC and he fixed it on the spot - it was a software issue. Works fine now and the bill was a massive $20! Haha. Yep 20 dollars vs 140 mile round trip drive to Burlington and a $106 bill with a implied $199 fix which never was the problem!
