I debated writing this review, but ultimately feel like I'd be remiss if I didn't share my experience. I took my engagement ring in for repair. I could hear the stone rattling around, so I immediately took it off and took it in to get fixed. The bottom of the band had also flattened, and James told me that he believed that I had hit it on something -- that it had saved my hand. I was pretty clear, I just didn't want the diamond to fall out. He quoted me $85 to fix. When my husband picked up the ring, James said that it still needed some work, and that in the spring we could retip it. We were a little annoyed; who gives it back without actually fixing the problem? But it was Thanksgiving, so we took it home and didn't think too much more of it. I filed a claim with my insurance, since the damage was sustained from an accident. Less than 10 days later, my stone fell out. Luckily, I found it. But that was pure luck. It could easily have been gone forever, and I'm still sick to my stomach when I think of it. We sent the ring to the jeweler from whom we purchased the ring, in Philadelphia. He said the entire thing needed to be replaced, and we agreed. He quoted us $200. I called Hilton, to request a statement that reflected James's belief that a specific accident had caused the damage. It was promised, but -- to date -- has not been provided. I told him the stone fell out. I nearly lost the diamond from my engagement ring. At the end of the day, I am really just lucky that all it cost me was $200 and that I still have my stone, but -- I would not trust them with this kind...

I went to HVG with a wedding band wrap I needed duplicated. I wanted roughly the same materials and diamonds to compliment the original wrap for my wife’s ring to celebrate our 15th anniversary.

HVG did an excellent job from the start to finish. I provided them the ring and a deposit, a few weeks later I had a magnificent product, finely crafted and exactly what I needed.
