We go to this location often. So often that we pull up and they know what we want and all the extras.
I do not understand what the absolute hell even happened today but good lord never have we been in an interaction like today.
We ordered out usuals
My drink was the first to come out, immediately looking at it I knew it was wrong, I let her know hey that doesn't look correct. Was told try to make sure. Sure enough, not at all correct, too much milk, no flavor (i get 3x sweet for reference so it should be a noticeable flavor) I asked for it to be remade and handed the incorrect drink back as per usual the now, somehow with some major oversight, manager (heavier set blonde young adult who always has an attitude) comes out, says she cannot take back to dispose or remake my drink, that she can instead give me a cup of raw flavor to add.
Confused I asked why can't they take the Incorrect drink back to throw it away when every other time they do. Was told she can't take it back to fix it
Again. I wanted it remade, there was too much milk and zero flavor at this point. Notning would fix this.
She then told me, she couldn't remake it and I could buy another coffee, excuse you? I'm going to pay for a drink you messed up?
I asked how I'm supposed to know if my drink is incorrect without tasting it. Given a smirk and Said that's not her problem.
My other half was holding the Incorrectdrink, i asked her if i was supposed to just dump tje incorrect drink?
I was told if it were dumped then we would be banned from going there, rrally?!
Yall messed up a drink and made a mountain over a simple drink remake.
Yes. I was heated at this point. I have no idea how she was ever promoted to a manager, we have had nothing but problems with this particular employee since she started.
The other 2 drinks came out, both Incorrect, one was missing the caramel drizzle and our mocha had caramel instead of chocolate drizzle.
I told her those are both wrong and was told if I kept having an attitude I wouldn't be getting coffee again from that location.
We got a refund and left.
All of this. Was because my drink was wrong and she didn't want to fix it. Then all 3 drinks ended up being wrong.
None of this needed to happen. This situation got way to heated because of the failure of this manager, who again shouldn't even have this position.
We have called corporate and are waiting for a call back.
I couldn't apologize enough to the new girl taking payment, we've never had an issue like this.
edited: I went back this evening to address what happend this morning and was informed evie had tried to place a ban on our number without telling anyone what happened.
It was remedied and we will be in contact with the store manager to try to resolve this issue.

My first arrival was decent the young lady with the tablet in the drive thru was very attentive and my order was right but the young lady at the stop to pick up my drink was very awkward and I felt rushed. Mined you there were NO cars behind me. Second morning I arrived I had to wait for my drink which is fine and I thought I was having a pleasant conversation WRONG. Also she got my order wrong while rushing me giving me a cold coffee instead of hot. The one lady that was at my car door waiting for coffee to be made didnāt want me to look at her tablet so I can see the menu and when I stated I couldnāt see the menu the sun is bright she smiled (fake smile) and said yeah Iām ssooorrryyyy and looked away. Poor customer service. Then another employee walked where she was standing as I asked do you guys accepted military or first responder and the young lady who really had nothing to do with the personal experience at the time stated ā we have to make sure YOUR not playing us,ā my thought was āwhhhaaatttā thatās kind of accusatory. Thatās fine you donāt accept without us riding in an ambulance truck or whatever but change how you present that statement. Terrible experience, these ladies are sassy and think majority of guys that drive thru want to talk to them two of my work buddies also first responders (males) and female had similar experiences the female a little different. But all the same bad experiences and felt rushed. I tried calling the customer service line no return call no pick up. Today however was the most frustrating visit I have had. I waited over 30 minutes in line to place my order, which I was completely fine with knowing that today was the launch of their fall menu. The problem occurred when it became my turn to get in line of the drive through, there were 3 other cars trying to cut the line of 15 cars behind me. Me and other customers have patiently waited outside of the drive thru line to place our order and the employees were completely aware. As I began to make the turn into the drive through line a car that is trying to cut the line nearly runs into my car. The frustrating part is that 2 employees just sat there and watched without taking any action or explaining to the customers that there are people who have been here and they need to get into the correct line. I recorded the whole interaction in case they hit my car. The car continues to push forward just missing my passenger side headlight and the employee went over to take their order like nothing ever happened. I find this to be incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to the cars waiting behind me who have been there for over 30 minutes following the correct directions. Iām not trying to come off as a Karen, but something needs to be done about the traffic pattern. I just donāt understand how hard it would have been to defend the cars that were there first. Any other establishment would have taken care of this. Again, this is not a negative review towards 7brew and a company. This is a review towards the way employees handled a situation where there was right and wrong. No one should sit there and watch a car almost get hit because they want to cut a line of 10...
