BEWARE: This store sells cheap, poorly made items and will not let you get an exchange or refund.

I bought this purse, and when I finally decided to use it, the strap broke due to what appeared to be a faulty buckle. I went to the store to inquire about their policy on faulty items. I pointed to the exact bag I had purchased and explained that it had broken. The lady at the register said, "We’ve carried this bag for four years, and this has never happened." I responded that I understood if a refund wasn't possible, but asked if they could at least exchange the product. She refused. This level of customer service is extremely unprofessional. Despite being respectful, I was surprised by her decision. A simple bag exchange would have sufficed. I had been a frequent shopper, but I do not plan on returning and will warn others not to shop...

Zero stars.. 👎👎Two girls up front had severely BAD attitudes and were RUDE and unprofessional. One with short curly brown hair and another with long blond hair. We were from out of town and bought two dresses from them. There was absolutely NO reason for them to act the way they acted. We were friendly and polite with them the entire time we were shopping!! Even when we checked out they chucked the receipt at us. No "thank you" no smile, NOTHING. Horrible customer service. Please do not be in this type of business if you have no clue about social interaction. I DO NOT recommend...
