Lemon & Line — Local services in Newport

My husband and I bought matching bracelets at a small boutique in Mystic, CT a couple of years ago while on a little weekend getaway. For many reasons, that weekend and the bracelets we bought have a lot of sentimental value for us. A few weeks ago, my husband lost his bracelet while we were visiting family halfway across the country. We couldn't remember the name of the store where we bought the bracelets and didn't know the brand name. Through sheer luck and the right combination of search terms, I finally found the exact bracelet on the Lemon & Line website. After ordering the bracelet, I reached out to customer service to ask about the shipping timeline in hopes it would be delivered in time for our 26th wedding anniversary. Lemon & Line promptly responded to my message and ensured the gift would arrive on time. I have not yet had the pleasure of visiting a Lemon & Line store in person but my husband and I have placed numerous orders online over the past three years. We have at least 30 handmade nautical bracelets along with a sturdy First Mate leash for our pup Captain. Not only is Lemon & Line’s customer service top notch, but the quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding. All of our bracelets have held up wonderfully and we wear them every day. We have our favorites but we love when new colors or styles are released. They offer a variety of designs and sizes and even have limited editions as well as those whose proceeds benefit a good cause. I am proud to both sport my bracelets and support this brand. Their founder clearly cares about his customers and takes great pride in handcrafting these beautiful bracelets.
