I asked my boyfriend for the Love pendant for Christmas. We used to live in Newport, so I've been in their store a couple of times and already knew the products were high quality. On Christmas morning before I opened the package, he said he couldn't believe how beautifully they had wrapped everything (without him even asking). They also sent a jewelry cleaning cloth, two nautical flag magnets as a thank you "bonus" for ordering (in my boyfriend's initials), and an actual handwritten thank you note to him.
