UPDATED REVIEW: I recently visited Dana's Fine Jewelry (again) to buy a pair of earrings for my recent second lobe piercing. I was having a severe reaction to the earrings that the piercer initially used, causing swelling, lumps/hard spots, and bleeding. When I explained my situation to Dana, she could have easily recommended the most expensive pair of earrings. Instead, she listened attentively to my needs and suggested "Concept" earrings, which are dermatologist approved.

Dana even gave me a pair to try without any obligation. Remarkably, within just two days of wearing the Concept earrings, the swelling and lumps disappeared, the bleeding stopped, and my ears were no longer sore. This experience showed me that Dana's Fine Jewelry is not just about making a dollar; they genuinely care about their customers' well-being and satisfaction.

I can’t give enough stars to Dana’s!! When my husband and I were looking at rings I knew I didn’t want an expensive diamond. I wanted a beautiful ring. I had researched stone choices and decided on Moissanite. You honestly cannot tell the difference. I looked at several websites. Someone mentioned Dana’s Fine Jewelry. My husband knew the store since he delivered there for FedEx. We found my gorgeous ring for a fraction of the cost of online stores for the exact ring! Stupidly I impulsively bought my bands during a flash sale with an online jewelry shop. Big mistake! Since our wedding I have lost a significant amount of weight and my ring has been too big. It needed to be downsized 2 sizes. I took it to a jewelry store close to home in Shelby and was told it couldn’t be done. They made a comment that because my stone was moissanite and softer than a diamond that downsizing my ring two sizes may compromise the stone and they wouldn’t do it. I felt they were looking down their noses at me because I had a moissanite ring. My heart was broken. I happen to call Dana’s and they assured me they could. Dropped it off 2/16 and picked it up today. I am so happy! They were happy for me too. They kept saying how gorgeous my ring is, and I loved how they boosted me up for the fact that no one can tell that it’s not a diamond, and that it even tests as a diamond. Meanwhile I sent my bands back to the online retail store to be resized on top of purchasing two stackable rings to complete the look I wanted. Received the first stackable band and they had sent the ring a size smaller than what I ordered. The second one came and it was half a size too small. I haven’t got my original bands back and just had to send the stackable bands back. I was told it would take at least 15 business days even though it was very mistake, sending me rings smaller than what I ordered. I will NEVER buy jewelry anywhere other than Dana’s Fine Jewelry from here on out!!! It is definitely worth the 45 minute drive!!! The entire staff is so amazing!!! Dana’s always to the rescue! These fabulous ladies have always exceeded expectations more than once. Today, I came in on a whim begging for help, desperate to find a wedding band. Due to my brother being in the service, he was unable to successfully find a wedding band for his fiancé and needed help. Regardless of the short notice, I walked into Dana’s where I found Trina and Kay who eagerly jumped into action to help me assist him. They helped me pick a set of two bands that I never in a million years would have thought to be a perfect match for her engagement ring. They’re eye for jewelry is impeccable. After a short FaceTime with my brother, the rings were cleaned, packed with care, and I was well on my way to deliver them just in the nick of time. Not only did they offer the utmost customer service, they were sweet as pie, and even gave him the best price while making sure they conveyed their appreciation for his service to our country through their verbal blessings and a generous discount on her bands. On a different note, these wonderful ladies came to my husband’s rescue. While being a good husband washing the dishes, he inadvertently poured the dish I had the diamond earrings in that my grandfather gave me just prior to his passing.....you guessed it...:.down the drain. Never to be found again. Whilst being in the dog house, he went to Dana’s to dig himself out. He could not have found a more beautiful replacement.
