WORST SERVICE!! if I had the option to give this place a zero I would. this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. This was my first time in the store and this would be my last time stopping at any GameStop locations due the the poor service provided by the "Manager" (Aron) on duty and the Store Manager (Christine). The store manager was not in and they had to call her to get something done, even the store manager doesn't even know their own policy. I stopped in to make a return that I had place online to have picked up in store and had the receipt and order number with me that I provided to them. the return policy is for 30 days and I wanted to return because I wanted a different color controller that I ended up purchasing from Best Buy. I went to the store to try to return it and they would not return the item because I don't have an account with them and wanted my Name, address, phone number. I asked why is that information needed and they said its their policy. the so what called "policy" that is not stated any where on their website that an address is needed to make a return. I told them I have my receipt with me and wanted to make the return. I told them if I did not have my receipt I would 100% understand why they need my ID, but for making a return within 2 days of buying and have the receipt??? why would they need an address. I did not feel comfortable providing that information when it is not part of their policy. I asked them to provide me with the information on where it states that they need an address to make a return with a receipt but they couldn't provide me with one and just kept saying its "our policy" when clearly it doesn't state that anywhere on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited GameStop on Thursday, the 13th of March 2025, at 7:50 PM to pick up my PSA grading order, and unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. The employee working the closing shift that night seemed offāalmost as if they were under the influence of something, which was already concerning.
Things got worse when they handed me my order. I quickly realized they had given me someone elseās cards entirely, and they didnāt even notice. If I hadnāt said anything, I would have walked away with someone elseās graded cards. Even after I returned them, the employee didnāt bother to count and verify that all the cards were accounted for. I had to point out that one of my cards was still missing, as they were just blindly putting things away without checking.
This experience makes me seriously question the storeās system for handling PSA grading pickups. Either there is no proper verification process in place, or this employee was completely neglecting to follow it. Handing out valuable collectibles without double-checking is a huge risk, and itās unacceptable that I had to be the one ensuring things were correct.
I hope GameStop takes this issue seriously and improves their handling of PSA orders. Collectors trust them with their valuable cards, and the last thing anyone wants is their order being lost or given to the wrong person due to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGameStop lost a customer today. Eduardo at this location absolutely screwed me and made me waste a large chunk of my day. I told two employees about it at a different location when the game he sold me did not work. The nice employees work at the HIP location. Either way, they lost a customer because of how terrible Eduardo was. Rather than reliving it, I will just turn it over to the employees at the HIP location to talk to whoever they need to talk to. I will literally never shop at GameStop ever again because of Eduardo. On the off chance that the name was wrong on the receipt, Eduardo is supposedly the guy with the long hair. Down to his mid back, middle part, and I believe he...
