Forever Yogurt — Local services in Niles Township

If God made frozen yogurt, her name would be Maggie. I walked in craving cake batter with sprinkles, walked out emotionally changed.

Maggie greeted me like we were lost long cousins at a family reunion. She handed me sample cups, like she was a d1 sommelier. I tasted the flavors and could not decide between cookies and cream and cake batter. Maggie said “Why not get both? Be you. Be bold.” This was my villain origin story.

Then I got to the topping station. I started crying because I was overwhelmed with all the toppings. Maggie asked me. “Are you okay? Do you want to talk?” She let me trauma dump on her and what I thought I was just overwhelmed by toppings, it turns out that Maggie helped me find my true life meaning. She grabbed my cup and asked me about my preferences- sweet or salty? Like a FROYO GOD- she started crafting like she was on the final round of Top Shelf. She layered the sprinkles on my twist like she was tucking in her first born for bed. She placed a slice of kiwi on like she was crowning the Queen of England. I told her this and she said “You go Queen enjoy your froyo.” -AND I DID I LEFT FEELING LIKE ROYALTY.

The older Latina woman was horribly rude. I came in with my children on mother's day. The yogurt I wanted was runny so I dumped it on the spill rack. She came over very rude and told me "never do that" in an ugly tone. I tried to explain but she was so rude. I later cashed out with over an over 30 dollar purchase in which she stared at me in a very confrontational manner. Had I not paid, I would have left the yogurt and walked out. I was offended, it was mother's day and she went out of her way to be disrespectful and turn a good moment into a very unpleasant situation.

On top of that as I walked out she said I "made a mess". Please review the camera and tell.me WHERE and HOW ?? 6 machines were non functional or dripping and the pans to capacity, yet possibly an ounce of runny yogurt was put on a drip pan and I was accosted, disrespected and then insulted in front of other customers who immediately came outside to confirm her ignorance and level...

I would rate this no stars if I could. Worst frozen yogurt place I have ever been to. 😡 the one teenage girl working there had her air pods in and wasn’t listening to any of her costumers. We tasted one flavor (green apple) and started barfing it was rotten. The girl working there rushed over tried it and quickly turned the flavor off I had the choice of going for a delicious fro yo or a trip to target I unfortunately chose this terrible frozen yogurt place 🤬the sad thing is I have wonderful memories of this fro yo place as a little girly only a few years ago and I am so sad to see a disgusting place with only 4 flavors available. You lost 7...
