Styrofoam containers? Seriously? Styrofoam releases toxic chemicals into food causing a contamination which can be hazardous to your health and cancerous. In addition, when exposed to sunlight, Styrofoam creates harmful air pollutants which contaminate landfills and deplete the ozone layer and it isn’t biodegradable. Chick-fil-A isn’t doing enough to be sustainable.. disappointing. Have you ever looked at the ingredients they put in their food... all the chemicals... fake & toxic & banned in foreign countries for causing health problems! Also being anti-LGTBQ+ isn’t welcoming to everyone in the community. It’s disgusting that your business model is largely based on religious beliefs yet isn’t inclusive of everyone in the communities you’re supposed to serve. You’re going against everything you claim: “caring for people”, “caring for our communities”, “caring for others through food”, “caring for our planet”.. your efforts are really disappointing and it’s obvious profits are above everything. Also if you’re an employee there, you should look into unionizing! Power to workers! While chickfila here is making huge profits they’re also hurting the environment, our communities, and...
Read moreLast week Wednesday, 4/15, my friend made me try a chicken sandwich for the first time, he said it had to be at chick fil-A. That experience was great, food was great; I fell in love immediately. I knew I had to get it today after work. Endured a long wait before placing my order; spicy deluxe, large fries, vanilla shake, with extra chick fil-A sauce, just like my friend did. I got my order and went home happily to enjoy my meal like I did the last time. Unfortunately, to my disappointment, I noticed a couple of issues: first, I had only one sauce (which I didn't fuss, I could deal with), secondly, I noticed I was given regular fries other than the large I ordered and paid for. Thirdly, after taking apart my sandwich to smother with sauce, I was missing tomatoes. And lastly, the lettuce wasn't fresh. Couldn't say how disappointed I am, a ruined dinner and not being able to go out for another meal after a long day of being an essential worker. I thought fell in love with chicken sandwich and at Chick fil-A, not I question the consistency of the food quality and service. I don't usually write negative experience reviews or complaints, but this...
Read moreThis was our first visit. Over all we were not impressed. Our expectations had been set high by Chik-fil-A's reputation and we were disappointed.
After a brief wait in a line of cars, a person who took our order at the outdoor menu was exceptionally kind, informative and solicitous. The next person, who took our money at a window, asked us to wait in a numbered car park spot for our food. There was nothing unusual or custom made about our order. We waited approximately 15 minutes. The young girl who then brought our bags of food had not noticed we had ordered drinks which she then walked to fetch. Eating our already cold chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, we waited again approximately fifteen minutes for her to return just as we finished eating. She was pleasant enough though a teen, not at all efficient and perhaps not well trained. She offered no apologies.
We will try them again. The chicken sandwiches, one fried, one grilled, and waffle fries were fine if underwhelming. We consider this their...
